We enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation.

Room was super clean. Bed was comfy. Plenty of space. Plenty of storage , nice size tv. Parking garage was easy to enter and exit. Felt secure and safe. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was good.

No microwave in room. The shower temperature fluctuated from hot to cool.

It is not 4 stars hotel

The room size is good. Breakfast is simple but ok.

It indicated as a 4 stars hotel but the bathroom only provided a box of soap and small bottle of lotion; shower gel, shampoo and conditioner all hanged on the wall, it looks very cheap. Hotel was not even provided any bottle of water. The water tank of the toilet was not filling after the flushing for few different times and we had to fix it ourselves.

Could have been better

The location of the hotel was in a decent neighborhood and it was easy to find. Staff was friendly. Size of the room was spacious.

I feel bad to say this, but the hotel is definitely a lot older than what you see in the pictures. My toilet barely flushed and kept making noises, so I definitely could not go number 2 there if I wanted to. I found strands of hair on my bath towels and the bed sheets were clean, but old and should be replaced. I also felt misled about the parking status. You do actually have to pay to park your car. I do not think the price was worth it for this place.

Parking costs not explained when we checked in, so was a little shocked when charged on check out Fruit at breakfast ran out very quickly and was not topped up.

It was in between good and no. It only had a good bed and had good looks

I liked how clean it was and it was all based of looks

My stay was not enjoyable due to what I believe was misleading advertising. It was stated that the Executive Suites and Premier Suites come with jetted tubs. I chose to book a Premier Suite instead of a standard king bed, but upon arrival, I was told that it didn’t exist. I found that there was no real difference between the king bed and the Premier Suite, as both had a king-size bed. Additionally, the pool and spa were advertised as being open from 9AM to 10 PM, but that wasn’t the case. Lastly, the rooms lacked windows, making them feel quite stuffy. I genuinely feel this was misleading advertising.

The lobby was beautiful, breakfast was good and it was quiet.

Disappointed and Frustrated

I liked the price and the convenience of the location

I did not like how pictures of a jacuzzi were shown online and mentioned on a picture in our room only to find out and be very disappointed that there is no longer a jacuzzi at this facility because they felt it was too expensive. Cheap Cheap Cheap is never the answer if you want to satisfy your customers. I will never stay here again for that reason.

Excellent property overall, despite some ridiculous complaints by reviewers

Pleasantly surprised very nice property and relatively quiet but there is echo because the place is open air- check-in was very quick and efficient by a pleasant individual. happy with my room, which was big. Good shower, good bed. Excellent all for basically $100 including a decent breakfast. I would definitely go back here. Can’t believe the petty complaints of some people.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was a heavy scent of cleaning products really strong, not good. Besides that everything is solid. place is quiet as well.

Wait for check in around 50 minutes. Booked from booking.com, and they said there’s not my reservation The bed mattress is old and the middle of the bed is sunken.

The entrance was amazing. Staff were great. They have lemon water stand while you wait and a bar soon as you walk in and even an indoor gym. Free breakfast.

The inside of the lobby was very nice and we had 1 guy that was very nice and helpful but other than that it was not a very good stay

I asked about early check in and was told yes and was told the prices so when I arrived I asked about it and was told I wouldn’t be able to until 12 but my message said I could before 12 so that was upsetting. Coming back after 12 I was gave a room with a king bed and pull out bed from a couch but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and then the room I got was very run down smelt like cigarettes and very stuffy just felt so outdated but I seen another room and it was so nice and updated so that was a bummer

Falls very short of expectations.....

The bed was comfy and the staff was really nice.

Literally everything besides the bed and the staff were atrocious. Upon arrival, the shower head was absolutely encrusted with limescale and slimy orange residue, and the room smelled like stale urine and feet. We were moved to a new room that smelled better. The bathrooms are falling apart. Chipped tubs and grout, broken shower curtain that just hangs in the middle of the curtain rod all bunched up. The absolute BIGGEST drawback for us was there is NO hot tub. It's permanently closed. Yet they advertise having a hot tub and it's in their photos. That is literally the one thing we do at every hotel stay after a long travel day. I was so angry and felt mislead. The pool area was a mess with towels everywhere, and hunks of stucco missing. The elevators shake and rattle as you go up and down, they even have a sign to assure you it's safe...... The breakfast left much to be desired. Everything was empty and nothing attended to. The eggs I did get were absolutely dry and rubbery and inedible with congealed, cooled, melted cheese in the middle. The waffle maker overcooks the waffles. The aesthetic they have looks nice, but when you look closer, everything is dingy and run down and worn out. There were some disgusting giant mystery smears on the carpets throughout the hallways. I probably missed something. But these were all the glaring problems. I was so disappointed overall. The staff at the front desk obviously can't help the state of the hotel itself. And they were so nice. Helped with directions for public transit since I wasn't familiar. I wouldn't stay again. We probably would have had a better experience at a chain hotel.

Metallica Concert Stay

Clean hotel, staff was excellent and helpful, parking lot and garage were clean. The lobby is very nice and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. The bed was super comfortable and the TV worked

The water pressure is just awful. Possibly different in other rooms? But in my room it was bad. Turning the shower head only made minimal difference

An good choice for a difficult place for short stays like Sunnyvale.

Sunnyvale is a difficult place to stay as a tourist or in any short term stay. There are lots of offices but not much more except a small historic street not too far from The Domain. This hotel is half way of everywhere and that makes it really well located. I stayed 3 nights. The gym was ok (basic but fine). I think what I like most was the lobby. Clear and clean. Rooms are very big and beds are comfortable. There is a Denny's and Starbucks just 5' away on Camino Real. I would definitely go back there unless price gets out of my range.

The pool is in front of the Hotel, sort of near the main avenue. I did not use it but it was ok for other guests. Maybe I am just being picky about it.

Never checked in. Showed up to the hotel and it had 6 cop cars in the back and 1 in the front. The area seemed sketchy to say the least and being from out of state with the stories we’ve heard about car break ins we decided not to stay and chose a different hotel with security.

Great experience

The hotel is very clean, nicely updated, and modern. The staff was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with this hotel Great breakfast! Nice pool area! Comfortable room!

The only objective criticism I have is that there weren't enough channel options or movie channels. The remote will not allow you to view movie channels even though it said "press select to view movies." And there is no guide channel, so you are stuck switching to each channel to find something to watch. But that is a minor issue!!
