Run down, needs repairs and to be deep cleaned.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the location is right in downtown South Lake Tahoe, bigger room options, family rooms, and pet friendly.

The whole property is rundown, The family room smelled like dog urine, the top floor deck it’s slanted, falling apart with dips and holes in the floor, broken/burnt table tops in front of the doors, inconsistent water temperature with shower, and headboard falling off the wall.

Can’t sleep in it the bed is my room, have a clean sheet, but the room that my friend was staying smelly cockroaches not

It’s very smelly one of the bedroom that my friend was staying had cockroaches. I don’t recommend that they need to clean the place.

The floors were dirty. There was no end table or chair in the room. There was no coffee pot or coffee in the lobby. The shower temperature was inconsistent; cold one moment then extremely hot the next. One of the spring beds with a thin pillow top in the room was flipped over and highly uncomfortable. The pool was drained and therefore inaccessible. And even getting into the room with the key(s) provided was difficult.

Perfect one nighter spot when needing to be near the action of Tahoe at a lower price

In town for a concert and it was an easy walk to stateline. Self-Check in was super easy

Don’t stay. Even though the price was okay it is very poorly maintained.

Location to State Line

Dirty, permanent residents, dirty clothes left in the dresser, soft spots in floor, staff non existent in the office and even though it was a non smoking room it had a leftover smell. The stair case had bottle jacks under the post holding the stairs up.

I do not recommended this place. Rooms were not very clean.

It's walking distance to downtown South Lake Tahoe. Check-in went smoothly.

The heater was not working properly in our bedroom. We informed office staff and asked for extra blankets. They fixed the heater & brought blankets, to the bedroom, while we went out to dinner. One of the blankets had, what appeared to have mouse poop droppings. The TV remote needed batteries. We had to look for staff to give use new batteries. WiFi connection was very slow.

it was supposed non smoking area BUT but BUT next to my door was a man always smoking and doing BAD staff . My room doesn’t have a desk and not a drawer to put my other clothes not coffee maker and I got disappointed it looks so different as years ago

Great Location, friendly and helpful staff. Options for disabled people and possibility to bring your dogs with you. Some rooms were nicely decorated. Nice system with the roomkeys.

The stay was good, All around a good price for what you get last minute.

The bathroom was to small and had a few webs with a hint of cigarette smoke, even tho I had a non smoking room.
