This property is clean and has breakfast which was an added value. The location is fine.

The receptionist who attended us wasn't pleasant, in fact she was rude, unfriendly and didn't explain anything. I wish the staff welcoming the guests were more friendly.

- Bathroom door - why is it a sliding door that does not have a lock? Because of this, there is a more-than-an-inch gap that let's one see inside from the outside. Also, because there is no lock, the door would sometimes slide open. - I also did not like that there was a full length mirror attached to the sliding door because it is right in front of the toilet bowl. It kinda feels awkward seeing yourself in the mirror while doing a number 2

It was a horrible experience for the expensive price we paid.

Good location

They allowed multiple large size dogs in the rooms which were running and barking at night preventing a good sleep. The elevator was stinking dog smell. They did not change the sheets and towels on a daily basis and used the cheapest toilet paper which wasn’t soft at all.

Too loud and busy during the holiday.

It has electric car chargers, pet bags outside and a nice gym.

I was there during a very busy time in town so the hotel had more people than when I've stayed previously and it was VERY loud. I was on the bottom floor and could hear walking, stopping, TV, kids screaming above me. I was woken up twice after midnight despite wearing ear plugs and playing white noise. Breakfast lacks healthy options. Customer service has been so so.

The mattress was uncomfortable and hard; my husband had to sleep on the sofa because he couldn't sleep in the bed.

A cozy, nice stay in a great location.

This is our second stay at this property and we liked it as much as the previous occasion. Great breakfast, great rooms, great swimming pool / hot tub.

I prefer a hot tub to be in the 102-104F range, and this one was consistently at 108 which was just too much for me and the kids. Measured by Apple Watch.

Hotel was great but the internet was flaky and we were dropped off several times on our two laptop computers in the evenings when we were back from our daily outings.

Nice location, but not the best service

It was nice. They had a laundry room, a bar and a restaurant.

The staff was very incompetent. When we checked in, they checked us into the wrong room with the wrong name. We had a cancellation fee that we got charged from Expedia and then it was a nightmare to try to fix/correct checking us in. I don’t understand how somebody checks you in with the wrong name when you give them your ID, credit card and you tell them your name very frustrating situation.

Short visit with family.

The property was beautiful - clean and spacious. The pool and fitness center right in front of the property - very nice looking. We didn’t use the pool, but the fitness room was great.

The beds were a little firm too firm to what we are used to, and the air conditioner unit was pretty loud - we shut it off during the night. Otherwise th room was great.

This place was a nightmare. The electric plugs were broken and did not work. The toilet handle was broken, the window frame broke off. The beds were hard. The staff was very rude and did not care about the state of the rooms at all. I asked to be moved they said no, I also offered to leave and switch hotel they told me I’d lose my money. They’re just horrible here. Do not stay here.

Location and cleanliness

Staff were not very proactive or professional. Seemed not very experienced or lacked training. Basic friendliness could go a long way. The breakfast was not worth the money spent. We received no room service despite saying we hadn’t had any for two days. (Trash stayed in our room for two days. No towels were restocked or beds/linen remade or replaced)

It’s a nice place, though I’ll probably try somewhere else next time.

The entire facility looks new and clean, the location is good—just a short walk to the Heavenly Village, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and shops. Complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are available in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch.

I wish the towels were of better quality. I had paid for breakfast when booking, but it seemed like all guests had access to it, which was a bit confusing. That said, the breakfast itself wasn’t very impressive—if it’s not included, I’d recommend skipping it and grabbing something nearby instead, as there are plenty of great options within walking distance. Also, parking came with an extra charge, which wasn’t ideal.

Overall the hotel seemed bigger on pictures than the actual hotel but it was well maintained and we enjoyed the stay.

I liked the location, love that I was able to bring my dog with me and the breakfast was excellent.

The front desk lady was unfriendly, she seemed un happy working there. And one of the cleaning lady was bothered when I asked her if I could have two more towels for the room.

Great staff. Delicious breakfast especially the waffles. Very clean. Great location to walk to beach and Heavenly Village including Target and Starbucks.
