    location - very near to gondola cleanliness- 100% bed- very comfortable breakfast- good for the price - coffee, drinks, fresh waffle, sandwich, bread, butter and oats/milk parking -excellent staff- very accommodating and the only downside is the air conditioner, which is very noisy. I’m also not sure if it cools properly since the weather is already cold

    Really like this hotel. I’m out here for work and have check out a couple other hotels and by far this one can’t be beat for the price the rooms are. This will be my 4th week in a row staying here. Definitely a favorite when on a budget.

    I booked a king suite this time because I was hoping to have a kitchen in my room, so I saw pictures and a details of the king suite room which showed a picture of a kitchen and also said in details a kitchenette. That way I could cook in my room and not worry and have to go out to eat every night, which I had already packed my kitchenware and groceries. I then checked in at the front desk, got my room key and headed to the room. When I opened the door I noticed that there was not a kitchen at all unfortunately this felt like they false advertised the king suite room which I had already paid for in advance, I then went back to the front desk to let them know that there must be a mistake and I got the wrong room. The gentleman at the front desk told me no sorry that’s your room number, I then proceeded to say that there was no kitchen and I specifically picked that king suite room because it said and showed a kitchen in it. He then told me no sorry the only room we have with a kitchen is already booked for this week. I told him that’s not possible because on the site it showed pictures and said in see details about the room. At this point I felt and feel like this is complete false advertisement. The real big bummer about this whole thing is that I still paid full price for a room that I did not book or want. If that was the case I would’ve just gotten a normal room for cheaper, but I was expecting to have my room have a kitchen in it which now means they are false advertising rooms and still charging the price for a kitchenette room. I am very unhappy and still have yet been accommodated or compensated for their wrong doing. After this experience I would not recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends due to their false advertisement. To top that off they also on the site have not just the king suite room as a kitchen in it, they have another room that says double beds and in the pictures of the room shows even a bigger kitchen.
