Hotel Becket, BW Signature Collection

Bed was better than MOST hotel/air bnb. I looked at the mattress and it was a Tempur Pedic mattress. I think these days for the high price we pay for hotels, the bed should be good, and this bed was fantastic. The free bicycles for guests to use was a great little extra that we enjoyed. The breakfast bar was very good too, and the woman in the breakfast bar was extremely nice and helpful, almost like you were a guest in her home.

The HOT WATER went out the night before we left, so no shower before getting back on the road. They said it would be fixed by morning, but it was not. We checked out at 11, and they refunded us a portion of the night for our room which was appreciated. They offered to move us to another room but we were tired and didn't want to pack up our room to move at 10pm. Frustrating, but life happens. Glad for the partial refund.

Good location with options nearby to eat and drink. Reception staff very helpful.

Seems odd to have to pay for parking when there was plenty of space nearby better if this was rolled into the price as lets face it everyone staying had a car.

Great hotel in excellent location with friendly staff and clean room.

The location was great. And parking was easy.

The bed was really bad. It had sinkholes on the sides you sleep on. I informed the front desk, he apologized and offered to move us but we declined as it was our last night anyway. He did say he would change that mattress after we left. Hopefully they did. Other than that it was fine. It’s a basic room, no frills. Breakfast was your basic hotel free breakfast. It was expensive for what it is but when your location is great guess it’s easier to charge more.
