Location a winner, room was okay, not as good as my last stay at this hotel.

Location was great- walking distance to the gondola and many restaurants. Bed was very comfortable.

Our room had issues with the toilet (blocked on the second day) the electric blind didn’t work, and the door to the bathroom didn’t close securely.

Great stay near to Heavenly Village!

Location is amazing, the facilities were very clean, and most of the staff was amazing! Included breakfast is also pretty solid.

We got a knock on our door at 10 am to "remind" us that check out was at 11 am (this was very unnecessary).

perfect for a family ski trip

The hotel is perfect for a weekend trip in Heavenly. The room was clean and spacious (we are a family of 4 and a dog). We go every year ad we will be back for sure. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our booking and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue and find us a room even though the hotel was full.

Great new discovery in South Lake Tahoe. We will return.

Best location for a skier, just down the street from the Heavenly gondola. Great restaurants and Starbucks across the street. Breakfast hit the spot.

We were directed to room 230, which was adjacent (one staircase up) to Check-in. However we were directed to the other side of the hotel (quieter we were told). We ended up walking completely around the hotel with our luggage, not easy to do through a snow bank. We took this as an add-on to our Tahoe adventure: Mistakes can happen.

Solid Spot for South Lake

Great location and breakfast was great. Rooms were nicely appointed but they are pretty small. Limited parking as well….but it is still a great value - allowing pets as well. Would definitely stay again.

Compared to some of the newer converted boutique motels in the area, Hotel Beckett is just ok - just not as swanky. It was one of the first to get a facelift in Tahoe and is still very good - the BBQ/restaurant is a bonus.

We were MISERABLE because the hotel failed to sufficiently manage their guests.

The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower was too small for the size of the bathroom. It was apparent that the bathroom had been remodeled, and it would have been smarter to make the shower longer than stuff it in the corner. Our night was MISERABLE! The hotel apparently has a contract with a fraternity group and a large contingent of that fraternity stayed at the hotel and partied until 4:00 a.m., and the hotel did NOTHING!

Great location, cheesy room !!

Great location with good road side looks, included breakfast and the usual room equipment like coffee machine, fridge and microwave.

Badly stained carpet which smelt strongly of cheesy feet as soon as you entered the room. The room slept 6 via 2 single bunk beds over the 2 queens. These bunk beds were not made up and we had to ask the reception staff 3 times for bedding, when we did get bedding we only got it for 1 bed, we couldn’t be bothered to ask yet again so one of our sons had to share with his sister. There was also a $10 charge to use the hotels own car park. After a 17 day road trip in the USA and staying in a different hotel ever night, this was our least favourite stay due to the carpet and reception staff.

It’s ok just for one night

The location was good . It was a walking distance to target and some other small shops and restaurants.

The property was very old and old and it didn’t look like the pictures at all. The rooms were dark, stuffy and small.

Decent and affordable, but you get what you pay for.

Right in the heart of Heavenly. Easy to walk places. The highway is quite load though, and you can hear the traffic in the morning. The bed was comfortable.

It felt a bit dirty. The sink caulk had some Black splotches and looked like it needed to be replaced. The carpet had a distinct smell - like too many wet ski boots and equipment had soaked into it.

Very good and worth the 3-Night price

Location and room was great. Close to just about everything in town and the bed was super comfortable.

The only issue I had was the cord for the curtain that was missing from the curtain that allowed it to be lifted and lowered. I believe this was just limited to room 150, but it still provided a sense of privacy. Rooms felt a bit dark at times even with all the lights on.

Good basic lodging for budget friendly stay in nice location

Decent, clean, new room. Great location. Breakfast was OK.

They double charged me for my stay: once through Booking and again through the card I provided on site for incidentals. No one responded to my emails about this and I could never get through on the phone. I had to go through my credit card company to contest the charge and have it reversed. Very frustrating.

I really liked how the hotel is located close to the casinos, restaurants, and Heavenly Village area. The breakfast was great, probably the best part. The staff were very kind.

If you are placed in a downstairs room, be prepared to be woken up by the pounding footsteps of your upstairs neighbors. It was extremely disruptive. I also paid for a Mountain View room and got a room with the view of the parking lot/other side of the hotel.

The location was great, right across the street from Heavenly village. Short drive or 15 minute walk to Lakeside beach. About 2 blocks away from the Stateline. Free breakfast.

Perfect location in Heavenly Village for walking to shops, restaurants, breweries, the beach, and casinos. The room was very nice and comfortable. A nice breakfast was included and had many options. Has a tavern where breakfast was served, and you could get food and drinks in the evening. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
