I like that restaurants were a walk away. I love it that the bathroom has two sink. That was soo convenient

I did not like the heather/air conditioner is close to the bed. I end up waking up with a dry throat. As for breakfast, I liked the different offerings except for the pancakes. Looked like nobody made it and was not available.

The state of the room did not meet my expectations

I didn’t like the fact that I paid a decent amount of money and I wasn’t able to use all of the amenities. Such as the hot tub in the room due to it being covered in grime and dirt around the jet parts.

The property was clean and right on the strip 7min walk to heavenly. The breakfast was amazing not just continental breakfast or was biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and healthy choices as well.

An unsafe and extremely stressful experience with no accountability from the hotel or Booking.com.

Unfortunately, there was nothing to like about this stay. The experience was dominated by serious safety and service failures that were never properly addressed.

Upon arrival after a very long drive with my family and children, we were assigned a room that was already occupied, creating a serious safety and privacy concern. Our confirmed reservation for a two-bed room was also downgraded without consent. The front desk staff was unable to provide a solution, and no manager was available to properly handle the situation at the time. Despite filing a formal report with Booking.com and contacting hotel management, no assistance, relocation, or meaningful resolution was provided. Booking.com did not offer support or intervention despite the severity of the incident.

A good place to stay, but don’t arrive too early…

The hotel was very pleasant, the breakfast was tasty, and there were plenty of options. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the items available in the room......................

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday, and I had informed the hotel about it, but they didn’t offer anything beyond what was included in the standard rate. That’s fine, but perhaps if they had given us some extra little “treat,” it would have won our loyalty. Everything was perfect, but the only negative point was the check-in time starting at 4 p.m., while check-out is at 11 a.m. This means we lost several hours of the stay, and even though the room was available at 2 p.m., they didn’t let us check in early because we would have had to pay an extra 25-dollar fee. I understand that the hotel has its rules and conditions, but I also believe that when dealing with customer service—especially when guests have just arrived from a trip and simply need a moment to rest—they could have been a bit more flexible.

I wouldn’t stay here again but we enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, and location was perfect

The hot tub, location was perfect and the fireplace in the room. It didn’t work the first night however we had to wait for the last night for the maintenance man. Also the separate 2 king rooms so the kids could play in their own space.

Fireplace wouldn’t work till maintenance came the next day, the free breakfast didn’t have much, the old small tv in the rooms no guide too many channels and most buffered the whole time so watching football was frustrating

Very comfy beds and great breakfast. The pool and hot tub were open and empty. My son loved that!

The decor is a bit dated. Our room had old carpet coming apart at the seams leading into the bathroom. Not terrible, just old.

2 king size beds and two rooms! An elevator and plenty of parking. The windows opened which was nice. I noticed a washer and dryer on the first floor too. Awesome Italian restaurant next door.

More than one sink would have been great as we were 3 women traveling together. But the place was nice.

It was comfortable and clean, close to the city venues and activities, but quiet!

The location was great for the shopping and location for Labor Day festivities. Walking distance to restaurants and venues but still a little off the road so the rooms were quiet. The room was a great size with a comfortable bed and great shower! I would stay here again.

The staff wasn't really aware of the activities going on. We asked a few questions and no one really knew. It would have been nice if they had a general knowledge.

We liked the breakfast. We liked that we could walk everywhere. We were there for a concert at the amphitheatre and we're able to walk safely to and from.

Carpet smelled musty. It seemed like the cleaning crew sprayed extra stuff to disguise the odor. Also, we were there about 3 hours before checkin and we were not allowed to use the pool.
