The location.
The first room we got smelled musty so we asked to be changed to a different room. The rooms were just ok…nothing exceptional. Also, we asked for more towels and coffee pods thru the text messaging system and it was acknowledged, but they never brought them.

Nice location. Close walk to everything
Sound proofing needs a lot of work. We could hear people walking by even the cleaning cart would damn near shake the floor and the room. Also when in the bathroom we could hear the rooms behind us using their bathroom.
