THE best place to stay in Tahoe!

What was not to like? The studio was spacious, and the fireplace added ambiance and heat. The kitchen had the needed pots, dinnerware, and utensils to cook on the stove/oven or reheat meals in the microwave. I loved the breakfast bar - I spent a lot of time there! The bathroom was nicely tiled. I loved my stay and will return. The check in, check out process was easy and convenient!

The walls were a bit thin, but the neighbors were generally quiet and respectful.

Not the cleanest, there was a nasty smell in our suite , but close to everything

Its was dirty , pillows and towels were dirty didn’t feel comfortable to lay down , the whole kitchen on our stay smelled bad , kinda like a cat poop smell . We had to ask for Febreze spray for the smell . Staff was super comforting

DONT STAY HERE.

There was very little to like. The place was your basic dump. We were mortified at the rude and nosy staff who even threatened to come in our room and "count our dogs." There was no breakfast. There was no heated pool and the property was the ugliest in.S.Lake.. They text you every 5 minutes for one stupid reason or another and have people standing by your door eavesdropping all the time. A full refund would be in order but we're considering a lawsuit.

There was nothing to like. I have never seen such a total misrepresentation of a property. There is no way they have a 8+ review score. Somebody has cheated. The TV was a tiny little squeaky TV that had the cheapest, useless lineup of a few worthless app based things only to watch with NO LIVE TV!! It was pathetic. I tried to post pictures but not sure they worked. The one that looks like a frozen pool is their "heated pool."

Great location. The best thing were the Amazing staff! Ready and available and always with a smile. Gerson, Albert, Miguel, Princess, truly hospitable! For that reason only I extended my stay, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of!

The walls are so thin, that was the only issue. Some of the guests were extremely loud, past late hours, but management handled it promptly!

We love this cozy place 😍

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved this cozy little apartment😍. Our unit had two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and one of them even had a jacuzzi tub. It can actually accommodate up to 6 people, but there were only 4 of us this time. The space felt very warm and comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped! Multiple stoves, pots, utensils, a large fridge, a dishwasher, and more. It’s honestly the best private kitchen I’ve ever seen in a vacation rental.✨ The location is also excellent, with supermarkets and many restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to all the attractions on the south side of Lake Tahoe. Highly recommended!💪

Nice stay

Great location, loved the gas fireplace, comfortable bed. Complimentary laundry and the kitchen space was good to have.

Bin outside our room was not bear proof. Awoken one night by loud noises and a bear rummaging through the bin. It did have a sign on not to put rubbish in it past 5pm, but just remove the bin or get a bear proof one. Noise travels from room to room.

Noisy, very noisy from the thin wall, floor

The property's proximity to the main street, a mere five-minute walk, is advantageous. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary tools for meal preparation, but hygiene is not really a strong point.

Make sure you get the room upstairs because they have very thin walls and a wooden floor, so you will hear the neighbors upstairs walking, talking, dragging chairs, suitcases... when they take a shower, use the toilets... the noise is awfully loud. They don't have real A/C but a kind of mobile A/C, which makes a lot of noise. Even though the room is spacious, the bedroom is really small; one side of the bed is barely accessible by walking sideways, and only one side has a bedside table for charging your phone... The bed is not comfy; it's like a hammock, low in the middle.

Best Staff Ever!

We have stayed here four times now, Its our regular spot. Close to everything in walking distance, beach, heavenly village, casinos, restaurants, its perfect location. Rooms are always very clean, they are very meticulous about the cleanliness standards. Heated outdoor pool with BBQ. Kitchen is fully stocked, they dont miss any details, including dish soap, spounge, cutting boards, knives, ice trays in the freezer, etc. Very dog friendly. We come during the week so we end up getting to know the staff, Carlos the maintenance and pool guy is our favorite. He remembered us from 4 months ago and left cookies and dog treats at our door. The hospitality here (especially for contactless check in and check out) is superb. If you need anything, the manager is a quick text away and responds within minutes every time.

We hate the beds. That's the only thing we dont like. The room can only fit a queen which we understand but the mattress in both rooms we've had is pretty worn in. Has the body dents on both sides so uncomfortable if you are a stomach sleeper, but pillows and bedding are very clean and plush. There's no bed like your own. Still love this place so we deal with the beds.

The location was good

It was not clean. The utensils were not washed clean. The property was under construction and they were spraying the roof with some chemicals that was very unsafe to be in the property. This property must not be rented when using such a dangerous chemical. We were with our toddler and felt very uncomfortable. The sound proofing was terrible. We heard noise from outside and the upstairs rooms.

Very friendly staff. Such a beautiful spacious place, felt like we were in a log cabin. Comfy beds, and kitchen with all the essentials. Super safe area, we walked around at all hours and felt very comfortable. Walking distance to the lake and all the popular shops.

THE spot, doing it right at Moose & Maple

I cannot rave enough of this beautiful lodge! Super clean and accommodating. The area is perfect, 5-10 minute walk from the lake, public transit hub, shops, and food. As for the lovely staff, whenever I had a concern or question, they were so timely and helpful via SMS. It was a fresh breath of air having friendly people at every turn while giving you full privacy during your stay! I would come back and recommend this spot for long or short stays. Moose & maple for the win!

Cozy Valued Gem

Location, location. This cozy little place was just amazing and a great value. Crisp, clean, inviting and comfortable the cutest little appliance nook all new features. The property is just a block from Tahoe Beach where you could go frolic in the big, cold lake (it was still May)

My room was small, but cozy. I am sure there are larger ones, so investigate if that is your preference. This is completely TurnKey property. Check in, check out, room number code and everything given over text messages. I'm a people person, didn't speak a word to anybody. Enjoy

Wonderful property with everything we needed

Really lovely property with comfortable and clean furnishings. Area felt safe and it was within walking distance of Heavenly Village. Nice area for an evening walk. Pool was heated and enjoyed by the children. Laundry on site, all for free including laundry supplies. Everything you need for a few days stay, including toiletries and kitchen items. Hosts take noise issues seriously. We were worried when we arrived to see ear plugs provided and explanations about thin walls but we had absolutely no issues with noise from anywhere.

No full size oven although there was a counter top toaster oven which was sufficient for what we needed for a few days. If you are staying longer and wish to self cater the lack of a full size oven might be an issue.

Perfect location—only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful lakeside beach. Staff responds in seconds. We asked for the crib and dishwasher detergent, and both were answered within 5 minutes. The room is spacious, with plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The jacuzzi is a huge plus. The hot water comes within seconds.

The floor is a little bit dirty, especially in the living room.

Super noisy units!

The noise from the upstairs unit was horrible. Management is aware of it, they even provide u with ear plugs - which tells u something. Old building with paper thin walls. Every step, every toilet flush, kids running around, footsteps - everything was loud, until at 11 when our upstairs neighbors finally went to bed. Management was quite responsive, but thick noise absorbent carpets would help, but ear plugs was their solution. We got about 4 to 5 hours of sleep for 3 nights, which was not all that cool!! Anyway - if u don’t need to sleep this place is perfect. Or get the more expensive upstairs units….

Good stay

The location is fabulous, near the main street, you can do a lot just by walking around. There's also free parking on the lot. The room was very spacious and cozy, with a full kitchen available. I was able to do the whole check-in with the lodge remotely, so never really had to talk to the staff face to face.

The cleanliness of the room could have been a little better, specially the bathroom. It was not dirty, just to be clear, but you could see people had stayed there prior to my arrival because of hairs and such. The wi-fi connection was pretty unstable, sometimes it worked well and sometimes it just suddenly died. I stayed in room 2, which is in front of the patio that they were renovating. In my first morning there the work on the patio began about 07:40. Luckily for me, we got up earlier than that to enjoy the day, but if I had planned to stay in the bed until later in the day it would have been pretty annoying.
