OVERWHELMING CHEMICAL SMELL IN ROOM. Overpowering cleaning chemical smell, like that cheap made in Mexico, Fabulosa floor cleaner. Like way overboard. Staff that has always bent over backwards for the last 15 seasons of me staying here, were unwilling to take any action. Since “I entered the room” nothing she could do. How would I know the room is unacceptable if I hadn’t entered. I immediately exited and headed for the front desk, politely asked if there was another room available (it is midweek). Shut down. Didn’t care. And now I’m done staying here. Station House Inn across the street is much nicer and I will be staying THERE in the future. So many more perks than 3 Peaks. Complimentary alcoholic drink or soda. Extensive continental breakfast that 3 Peaks doesn’t have. A fire pit with chairs and cornhole games. And a great restaurant Toulouse! I guess I’ll sleep on the balcony?? Both doors open. It’s not airing out…

We were there with our husky group for a snow meet up which we do once a year in January.

We slept very well in our room along with our dogs. The bed was comfortable and the everything was really good. We will stay there again in the future.

The front door has a kind of a big gap and we felt like it wasn't closed all the way when we would lock it. Maybe try replacing the damaged front doors in the facility.

Great value hotel

Lobby staff was really kind and welcoming. Walking distance from Heavenly village. Great value overall.

Barely any hot tub jets were working. It took us 3 visits to the lobby to get some dish soap—apparently, due to some language barrier with room service.

This is not a resort. Shabby rooms, front desk staff are not very welcoming, old dog potty pad left on our balcony, no soap for shower, tv doesn’t work.

It was an amazing stay overall. We got a crib for our baby and staff was very accommodating.

It was close to stores and restaurants. As well as the ski lift.

Location was great. The room was clean, and looked recently upgraded. We liked the modern, yet cozy decor of the room.

Front desk staff was rude. This hotel doesn't have a lobby with seats where people can hang out. At least the staff doesn't allow you to use it. The coffee at the front desk is only available in the morning, not throughout the day. They don't have a daily room housekeeping available, unless you request it 24 hours in advance, and unless you happen to see a note about it in the room. The front desk staff doesn't tell you this when you check in.

I would not pay more then 100-150$ a night if that.

It wasn’t too far of a walk from the casinos and beach. The hot tub area was nice.

Walls were a little thin and we could hear our neighbors arguing. I guess that could be even the best if hotels.

Ended up not staying.

Didn't get a chance to like anything there.

Instructions were not honored. I specified requested a room on the ground floor (no stairs) but one was not available when we arrived. No elevator. With a great deal of effort, I climbed the outside stairs three times getting all our things to the room. When my husband tried to join me, he simply wasn't able to do it so I had to carry everything back down, then going to the office to request a refund. "The manager will have to do that tomorrow and will phone you to let you know it's done" No one called, The entire thing was unacceptable. We went across and got just what we needed. Do not go to 3 Peaks!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The fact that it is dog friendly is a plus. We would stay here again!

The location was great. We were able to walk to every destination we wanted to go. It felt very safe in and around the area. It was very quiet, and the bed and pillows were amazing! We enjoyed the full kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed. The room had two large flat screen TV's with lots of free movie channels.

When we arrived and initially opened the door to the room, the smell of the cleaning agents was so overwhelming that we had to open all the doors to air it out. The smell lingered for quite some time. The screen doors had problems. They were warped so we were unable to lock them. The glass sliding doors were fine and did lock. The only other thing that was a bit annoying was the parking. No designated parking spots, so we could not park in front of our room. Had to park behind the room, and lots of pine cones falling from the trees. Ouch to our car!

Only one woman at that place understands customer service, and she checked us in on arrival.

Check in, morning coffee in lobby, location away from Hwy 50. Television selection was better on this visit. Room cleanliness was great.

Attention to requests were not handled attentively: 1. I asked for a hand broom so that I could sweep dirt off the balcony chairs, and it never materialized (5-night stay!). 2. I asked for towel refresh on our third night and we were given one washcloth instead of two (I just didn't feel like going down to lobby again). 3. on our fourth night, people in next room were smoking out on balcony and we had to close our door and get dry throats from ceiling fan, my husband wanted to leave a day early! 4. Biggest problem was key cards not activating every 2 days! Had to go to lobby to fix. COME ON!

A great good value hotel but front desk staff need better training.

A well appointed one bedroom unit in a good area close to everything but quiet. Nice and clean. Good WiFi. Well appointed kitchen and facilities. Fantastic comfortable bed. Staff were polite.

Whilst polite the staff didn't add a lot of value. We received no response from our various queries through the official booking.com site. We asked for a plug for the kitchen sink but received none and no communication why. A little proactivity was lacking! This despite no dishwasher yet dish rack and teatowel provided. We ended up washing our dishes in a saucepan as the hotel rules required us to wash and dry our dishes! Not good for an otherwise high class facility.

Decent value with some glitches

It was located in Lake Tahoe.

The bed mattress was extremely soft and lacked support. The microwave had a non operational door and did not work. The multiple people staying upstairs were very loud and disruptive late at night and periodically through the night.

We loved the hotel’s location, close to the beach and convenient for us to get to. We stayed in the large apartment, which has a comfortable kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms – very convenient for a family. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were soft. The pool and jacuzzi are open until 10 p.m., which is great The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is close to the room.

The kitchen floor was very slippery, and the kitchen was not as clean as we expected The bathroom also was not clean enough in my opinion.

Close to everything an in a quiet area, quick check in and out

The property overall looked pretty cozy on the outside. We felt comfortable enough to walk to and from the event we attended, the area seems pretty safe and quiet. The hotel did have a pool which looked very clean but we didn’t have a chance to use it. There was a lot of staff around cleaning the outside of the property at all times which I definitely appreciate. Our room had a smart tv with Netflix which had an account for hotel guests which was a nice touch! Overall I think I could see myself staying here again despite a few small concerns about the cleanliness of our room.

Some of the fixtures in our room were a bit outdated and the mattress was a bit stiff. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner. There was a strange white stain on our chair which made us a bit wary about sitting in it but we didn’t complain as we didn’t plan to spend much time in the room other than sleeping as we came for an event.

Night time staff was less than helpful. We discovered that we had no sheets for one of the beds and the floor was not properly vacuumed. Overall our visit was great,but there is definitely room for improvement with the night time staff

True Tahoe vibe

It’s got that true mountain lodge feeling, with a big pool and double decker hot tub. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

It exceeds expectations, but if your expectation is a newly modern renovated resort (which btw isn’t Tahoe) you will still be happy here but maybe a little disappointed. Don’t be disappointed! This place is awesome. It cannot be a better location, walk to the beach, village and the casinos.

Location is good for summer. One would need to walk up hill to the gondola in the winter.

Under staffed property. Poor management. Unprofessional and rude staff. Old, out dated, dirty rooms. 512 smells like decades of wood burning fireplace use. Stayed 3 nights, requested housekeeping that never availed. Soap, shampoo and lotion provided sub par. Dirty common areas and pool. Pool table not in service. Instant coffee and single use plastic coffee mate creamer.
