OK for a last minute one night stay

This was an unexpected stay for us when we got stuck during a snow storm so we mostly needed a warm place to sleep. It fulfilled that requirement - the beds were comfy and the checkin was convenient.

The bedding didn't seem too clean and we all passed on taking showers - I think those parts should be addressed.

Fave spot in south lake!

We love Washoe! My sister lives in south lake and it’s our go to spot to stay! They are amazing for a little privacy and pet friendly, right near bars and restaurants everything within walking distance!

Only thing is I fear I always run out of hot water in the shower and not enough clean towels

Was just looking for a cheap couple nights but the room was very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and the mini kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc.

We had a lot of fun and this was a great place to stay!

It was a very cozy place to stay. I surprised my wife with this vacation and she absolutely loved the place. She thought it was very cute and had a cabin-like vibe to it.

Everything was great except for the mattress. It was a little harder than we’re used to, but we were still able to get some sleep.

We had such a wonderful stay! It's a truly lovely spot, conveniently located near our favorite Pope Beach. We especially appreciated how well-equipped, super clean, and comfortable everything was. It was so peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed having breakfast outside under the pines at the dining table in the common area. All of this was available at a very affordable price per night, which was a great bonus. We were also very impressed with your team. The operator was incredibly kind, had perfect language skills, and responded quickly to our needs. The check-in and check-out instructions were exceptionally well-organized, functional, and informative without being overwhelming. The entire personnel was super friendly and nice. If we could, we would give you 10 stars! Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Keep looking. You can find something better

Very quiet at night. Close to the beach and casinos. Cozy and homey; great cabin feel. Great artwork. The charcoal grill outside. Mini fridge and microwave, and hot plate. Some pans, cups, plates, utensils included. Dish rack, sponge, dish soap also included.

Stayed in rm #14 Failed to realize there was no AC in the units which pretty much tainted the stay. We booked for 3 nights in 90F degree weather with 80% humidity and all the fans did were throw hot air at us. Opening the windows didn't help much so we opened windows AND the front door most of the day. Floors were dirty upon entering. Wifi didn't work. No employees onsite except for the 2 housekeepers that don't come every day. No maid service was provided during our stay, .i.e. no fresh towels, no bed made, etc. On our last night We decided to call it quits and head home instead of enduring another hot night only to check out the following morning. Bed was too soft. All in all, could have been a more positive experience with AC. Never going back unless they get AC back into the units.

Shitty Place!

Floors were filthy, my white socks turned black. Shower drip water out ,could barely get soap off me. Uncomfortable bed, Had to call for wash clothes and towels. No AC and it was hot in Tahoe. Way to much money for what it is!

Would stay again just not during hot summer days

Great location close to camp Richardson and the high school. Perfect for our son’s football camp. Great room size for a couple and kitchen with microwave/small fridge came in handy. Bed was super comfy as well.

Couldn’t wait to leave

First of all, the picture used to advertised the quality of this property is fake, not a true reflection of the room. The room was shabby and run-down. We felt like we had rented a 3rd world location. We were repulsed. We asked for our money back but were refused. Holes on the wall, sheets were brown, pillows were old and flat, couldn’t tell if the linens had been cleaned or not because of the dark brown color. No air conditioning and next to a very noising road next to the room. No customer service, not enough towels, holes on the walls , and trash backed up because of this. The grounds were in disrepair and basically unkept with trash everywhere. The tv service was terrible

Everything you need for a snow trip!

Soft and cosy bed, fun sheets, microwave and little hot plate appreciated, clean bathroom, good amount of space, pet friendly!

Parking lot was not cleared on our first morning (Thu Jan 11) so we got stuck and had to put on chains/use floor mats and missed the first chair, which was unfortunate but not the end of the world

A cozy rustic cabin, but you get what you pay for.

The location was close to everything and super convenient. It was very rustic and the kitchenette was an added bonus. Check in/out was seamless and easy. Price was great, but you do get what you pay for.

The property definitely needs some TLC. It’s was a bit rundown. The shower had very little water pressure and the cold faucet leaked. There were some holes in the walls that needed to be patched. The lights are all florescent and very hard on the eyes, and need to be changed to soft white. There is no rug, so not only are the floors very cold, but the beds slide around on them, so be careful if you have young children who jump on them, that could be an accident waiting to happen.

Not to happy with dirty place

Location

Only one towel. Dirty my daughter was walking around room without socks and her feet got black on bottom while i was unpacking. Didn't know there'd be barking dogs in the whole place watch where you walk dog poop everywhere. And then we get in bed and there was dirt all in sheets don't think they changed the linen.
