This hotel is much more than just a place to stay: it’s an experience. I came here after several weeks of travelling because I was looking for peace, quiet and a place to recharge my batteries. Double View Point Sibetan gave me exactly what I needed, and even more than I expected. The location is simply incredible. Waking up every morning with a view of Mount Agung, surrounded by nature and absolute silence, is something I will never forget. I rarely felt so disconnected from the outside world. With only two rooms, the experience feels very private. In the best case, you have the whole place to yourself. Even if there is another guest, it still feels peaceful and intimate. That unique atmosphere is one of the things that makes this place so special. Now, let’s talk about the food. Honestly, it was probably the best food I had during my entire trip. Every meal was fresh, full of flavour and clearly prepared with love. It became so good that I stopped choosing from the menu and simply asked them to cook whatever they wanted. Every single meal was outstanding, especially the chicken satay with its incredible peanut sauce. Even breakfast was excellent. Finally, I want to talk about Mahdi and Eka. They are much more than kind hosts. They genuinely care about their guests and want you to have the best possible experience. They always take the time to talk with you, give honest advice and make sure everything is perfect. You can immediately feel their 25+ years of experience in tourism through every little detail, from the quality of the rooms to the food and the overall hospitality. During my stay, I didn’t feel like a customer; I felt welcomed into their project and their dream. I’m convinced this place will become very popular in the future because it truly deserves to. If you’re reading this review while deciding whether to book or not, don’t hesitate. I recommend Double View Point Sibetan 100%. You won’t regret it.

That’s not a negative point about the hotel but Sibetan is a really peaceful and rural village, even quieter than Sidemen. If you’re looking for or a busy tourist atmosphere, this probably isn’t the right place for you. However, if you’re looking to disconnect, slow down and reconnect with yourself, I honestly can’t think of a better place. Having your own scooter or private driver is also highly recommended, as transport options are limited.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at Double View Point and would highly recommend it. The views are absolutely exceptional, with a stunning panorama of Mount Agung and the beautiful surrounding countryside. It's such a peaceful place, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape from the busy tourist areas. The room was lovely, with beautiful wooden furniture and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, there was a wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hanging space, a dressing table with a mirror, a small table, and a lovely covered veranda where we could sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were absolutely incredible and couldn't have been kinder. They went out of their way to accommodate us throughout our stay and were always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are genuinely lovely, hard-working people who clearly care about both their guests and their local community. We genuinely couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with a good choice of dishes, and everything was very reasonably priced. It made our stay even more special knowing that we were the first guests to book through Booking.com. We hope many more people discover this hidden gem because it really is a lovely place to stay. Nothing about the property itself. The only thing to be aware of is that, because of the rural location, it can be difficult to get a Grab or GoJek at short notice. If you're planning to travel onwards, I'd recommend arranging your transport in advance with the hosts or a local driver, as the apps don't allow you to pre-book rides in this area.
