Loved it!

Bright, cheerful tropical retreat at the quiet end of the beach. Ocean views huge comfy lounge area upstairs spacious enough for yoga mats. Amazing staff and most of the visitors in Padangbai leave at night so was lovely and quiet, just the sounds of the ocean to get to sleep. Close access to everything and again, the staff were amazing! No ac in rooms though.

Avoid unless diving and enjoy early loud noise

Big room with view

Expensive downstairs restaurant which was continually filled with loud divers and their instructors. 6am someone comes and drops off lots of diving tanks and doesn’t care about how loud they drop them on the pavement just outside Topi Inn. Staff then yelling at the top of their lungs will prevent you dozing back to sleep! Horrible bathroom arrangements. If you like living like the Swiss family Robinson and don’t mind the above, go for it

Great view. Decent for 1 day layover

It is an attic/loft converted into a massive room which can easily fit around 5 to 6 people as it has full size bed with two smaller single beds, a big 4 x 4 sofa with centre table and studies/make up table. The place is situated right at the beach with wonderful views from the humongous loft balcony. The room is above Topi Inn restaurant, which served one of the tastiest foods throughout my entire trip. Their Bruschetta was the best. Overall, a decent place if you want something very near to the Padang bai harbour and you have to catch an early morning fastboat

The access to the bathroom is very risky as we have to climb down very steep and very small set of stairs. Another downside is the very heavy attic.Door which is attached to the floor of the attic. And the floor is of course wooden, so it squeaks and creeks. All of these are very easy trade offs the price location, and food and location and foor they have to offer

Don’t choose Topi Inn, it’s a dump.

Nothing to like.

Bamboo walls gave no privacy or shelter from mosquitoes. Mosquitoe net filthy. Upper walls open to outside. Can hear everything from next room, upstairs, downstairs. Kitchen smells strong from below. Wifi terrible, each device monitored & throttled back after minimal use. Mosquito larvae swimming in water urn beside toilet, could spread Dengue Fever. No AC. No hot shower. Only 1 outlet for charging devices. Very run down, poor maintenance, old facility constructed badly. Only cheap padlock on door, no lockbox, no security. Food mediocre.

Rustic but charming. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has one of the best Nasi Campur I’ve had yet. It’s definitely a bit oldschool, but in a way that feels appropriate and aesthetic in the environment. Very affordable for Padang Bai, and also the closest place on the main strip to Blue Lagoon, if you wanted to walk there.

Water in the sink shuts off late at night. Biggest problem is with heat/ cooling. No AC, and the fan in my room didn’t really point at the bed. You want to open the window for airflow, but there’s warnings posted about monkeys stealing things from the rooms. Some floor fans that you can position for yourself would be very helpful. Also wi-fi didn’t really work in my room, only in common areas.

Everything here is amazing, room so clean toilet and shower is perfect Staf amazing, friendly, respectful, and so helpful to make your vacation nice Location is the best in bali for the people who's interested for snorkeling, And the hotel is first line from the sea, reastrant everywhere The room is big,comfortable and the bed and below to comfortable, it's king size bed

The only thing I didn't like it, it's I can't stay here forever, because I need to comeback for work in my country

The food was the best i are in Bali. Great value. I thought i would be way too hot without aircon but in fact with the fan on at night we were too cold and had to turn off the fan .

Tropical hotel in a beautiful location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was okay but overpriced in my opinion, I'd recommend Mimba's Food Corner 15 minutes away for nicer, cheaper meals. Location was amazing, my room was 1st floor and had a big foundation with sofas & a hammock on overlooking the beach and all the scuba/snorkeling boats. On the beachfront there are loads of restaurants which are fairly cheap compared to other places in Bali.

No A/C in the room just an old fan. Prepare to be bitten alot here. Only plug socket was on the opposite end of the room to the bed but this was a very minor setback.

overall really good for the price.

the room is breathy with a sea view, you can hear the waves from the room which was super nice. the sitting area’s view is also amazing. the staff is super nice and friendly, the room was clean. there was 2 electricity sockets + the fan socket.

there was no bidet shower in the bathroom, the shower head in the room does not work well, it sprays the water to the wall so it makes it hard to shower. a shower head replacement is needed. the pillows are so big, they hurt my neck so I had to sleep with no pillows.

very nice, relaxing and reviving

The room was by the sea, you were sleeping listening the ocean waves. A dream of mine that was fulfilled. Beatifully decorated restaurant, nice food. Amazing beaches near by, the temple, the colorful fishes that you were swiming with. A place that, even though was touristic, you could fell and see the life of local people walking in the village. Great experience

really close to the port (we travelled to Gili t the next day) and staff were super friendly and helpful in booking us a fast boat to Gili. there was a restaurant downstairs with amazing food and was super convenient.

Very good

Really nice atmosphere, a spacy outdoor area, nice neighborhood. You could hear the ocean waves from the window, and the moon over the sea was also quite impressive. The harbor to Lombok is very close. Diving facilities, and nature all around the place. Their menu has an enormous range of food and beverage options, live acoustic music, movie nights, and bamboo walls.

The taste of the food was a bit boring though, but it was not too bad. The staff was a bit incurious and bored.

The Russian living upstairs using the shared bathroom 5x every hour, stamping around in his underwear despite kids staying there, not good!!!

From arrival to departure, everything was very bad. The room is very dirty, uncomfortable, strong smell, shared bathroom very dirty, there wasn't even toilet paper, the fan made a horrible noise and kept tangling in the veil that covered the bed, because there are a lot of mosquitoes and there is no device to repel insects , the person in charge of the place is super rude, without any empathy. All the staff were very friendly to me. I certainly don't recommend.
