Very dirty

Very central, 2 minutes from fast ferry departures to Gili and Lombok and next door to the popular Ozone bar & restaurant. Decent bed. Nice terrace. I didn't object to the noise other guests experienced.

This is the most formidably dirty hotel I've ever stayed in, but hey it was cheap! Honestly better trade up for something basically salubrious.

Super close to the port, 1 minute walk, but not noisy. The breakfast was good, the room was a good size, and the airport shuttle was reliable and a good price.

Cheap and cheerful stay with friendly staff. 1 min walk to the dock!

I only stayed for one night - like most people - I booked the ferry to the Gili Islands. It was fine for one evening. It was a private room with bathroom and there was a nice little balcony on the first floor.

For one night it was fine but I wouldn’t stay longer simply because it didn’t have a fridge, kettle or mosquito net. It was cheap and cheerful so I wouldn’t want to discourage anyone from staying as it served a purpose.

Great location and value for money. But absolutely necessary to fix bad smell

Perfect location for ferry departure. Breakfast included. Low price. Air conditioning. Bathroom and room size, hot water.

Unfortunately the room had a big problem I think of ventilation, I mean there was a very pungent and strong bad smell, too much. Maybe it was a problem only of our room, I don't know if it can be solved, surely without this factor the rating could have been higher. I would definitely not stay in that room in those conditions again. We only stayed one night but it was too annoying, almost unbearable.

Great location for ferry

Location, great if you need to stop over. Clean. Aircon worked well.

Noisy, very basic, bed very uncomfortable, appears they left the plastic wrapping on a new mattress and covered in a very thin sheet - quite unpleasant and sweaty. Opened onto corridor, where young family played and people were smoking.

Affordable stopping point with suitable air conditioned room.

A 2 minute walk to the harbour to catch boats to Lombok and Gili islands, proximity to cafes and shops. It is a good stopping point for the cheap cost. We had a very tasty omlette for breakfast and the AC worked well.

Our pillows were moldy under the covers.

Excellent location, cheap, Aircon in rooms works nicely, beds comfy enough, clean, fruit and drink with breakfast were a plus. Would happily stay here again :)

No butt hose in our room, one of the staff could be a little friendlier, no water refills, breakfast could have been bigger. Slight smell in room

Room had everything I needed for the night

When I left my room a man immediately tried to tell me I had lost my key. After we searched the room and all my bags, there was no key to be found. He asked for 150,000 to replace it. I refused and walked away. This was obviously a scam. The shower only had cold water.

Nice staff. Very basic accommodations with very good AC. It met the requirement for a cheap overnight stay before taking the ferry to Lombok.

Room did not have a window facing outside offering direct sunlight. And although there were multiple rooms available on the same floor with outside facing windows, the staff opted to stick me in what felt like a dungeon - it was dark in the room and the bed only comes with a bedsheet, no blanket permitted. Bathroom had a funky smell.

It's a pretty nice home stay 2 minute walk for the harbour, which was what I needed. It's perfect if you are doing a stop over in Padangbai. It's also very close to Blue Lagoon Beach so I had the chance to do some snorkeling. The staff is very kind and attentive

Perfect for one stay before catching the ferry.

Really close to where the ferries depart from, the room itself was ok and worker perfect for one night. Breakfast was small but delicious, wifi working fine.

We could hear the karaoke from next door, the accommodation itself didn't have card facilities for payment.

The room was CLEAN! The staff were SO nice and helpful! Really good breakfast. A few minutes walk from the harbour. They offer pickup from the airport(good price). Can help arrange tickets with the fastboat to Gili's Totally recommendable place!

There was a lot of noise from outside the room (there was open in the top of the door and wall, so all the noise from the street and reception came in). I had earplugs, so I managed the 1 night before we left with the boat. There was a window in the room directly out to the hall - just covered by af curtain. The toiletdoor had a window, too (with windowfilm) and was a sliding door, but you couldn't close it tight. I could see out in the room even though the door was closed.

Was a bit loud with music from somewhere or talking and one of the lights from outside came through a window that didn't have curtains. I have an eye mask so it wasn't that bad and I'd stay again if I was taking the ferry the next day :]

Clean,fairly helpful, nice enough, AC Works good. Decent bkf included.

Had asked for early bkf due to diving. Was told yes. I got itat the time I needed to be at the divesherop. Spoke to owner and it was seved earlier after that. Noisy at times(childten). Tried to charge me double ther price I paid for ferry tickets. .
