Great location, friendly staff and breakfast all for a great price!!

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicous and location was super easy for harbour and transport to the Gili islands.

Bed was hard which isn't my preference however i know that some people love that. Otherwise, flawless service.

Not recommended as they breach commitment. I have booked in Harmony guest house but they provided me room in another rest house which is totally substandard. The receptionist told me that they have in full capacity, but I have booked couple months ago. The room in a stranger and different location provided is of security issue. Therefore, it is not recommended to book here.

We were throughly looked after during our short stay so close to the Pandangbai harbour.

The hosts Ani and her family were so hospitable and welcoming. They looked after us so well, from the warm greeting, lovely rooms to stay in, to organising our boat ferry tickets to Gili T /Lombok, cooking a delicious breakfast for us and walking our party down to the Padangbai harbour in the morning to catch the ferry. Thank you for your kind hospitality. We really appreciated it.

Staff were very accommodating and willing to please. The included breakfast was very good.

The first room we had was not great, loud aircon and not cold, and the semi open bathroom smelled bad. However, staff willingly moved us to a different room that was much more comfortable.

Basic rooms but perfect for what I needed.

Super close to the harbour for the ferries to Gilli / Nusa islands which is why I stayed there. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast also included. They also organised a car for me for when I returned from the islands back to Canggu. Grab/Gojek is banned in terms of pick ups and the local cab drivers are intense when you get off the ferry with inflated prices. Best to have a car booked in advance if leaving PadangBai once you get off the ferry. Would stay here again if I plan on going to the Gillis again.

The hosts are amazing!

Ani is really kind and welcoming. The whole staff team is really nice and accommodating as well as flexible with any request you might have. Breakfast was very simple but so delicious. It is super close to the port, 2 minutes walk, which makes it perfect spot if you are catching a boat to the islands. Overall it felt really comfortable and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

Great stay. I came for one night and ended up staying five. Very friendly and helpful team. They responded to all my needs and helped me arrange everything necessary. Anie prepared tasty breakfasts and was always willing to help with anything I couldn’t handle myself. The room was very clean and spacious, with everything I needed, including a perfectly working air conditioner. At the end, she helped me get a taxi to Kuta Bali at a better price than Grab. If I return to this area, I will definitely stay here again.

Great for 1 night to get the boat to gili. 2 min walk to pier and they sort EVERYTHING out needed to travel to Gili 👍👍👍

2 minuet walk to the pier. The staff were so helpful and got us the tickets to gili and paid the tax and got the tickets for us. (We reimbursed them for the tickets and tax). They escorted us to the harbour, we scanned the tax tickets and was straight on the boat. They literally do everything for you. Its stress free and cheaper than buying your tickets at the pier. We booked a sea view apartment and one of the other ones and the sea view was definitely nicer. Much more brighter and more outside space. Perfect place if you want to put your head down for 1 night and get up early to get the boat to gili Breakfast was either pancakes, toast, eggs or omelette. Came with fruit and a drink (coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc)

Variety of breakfast choices with a nice assortment of cold and iced drinks, nice to have it included. Incredible staff that are friendly and helpful. Loved it had an outside shower to rinse sandy feet before entering room.

Showering gets toilet wet in bathroom but that's typical for this area and price point.

Exceptional

Location of the property was perfect, very close to the harbor if you wanna catch a boat to the Gili islands, balcony with beautiful view, great place to meet travelers if you're a solo traveler. The best thing about it all was the host, Ani was the best host ever, she's there whenever you want her to be, very funny and nice, always a beautiful smile on her face, she can also hook you up with tours, basically she's the host that we all want to have when we're on vacation. ❤️

Super friendly staff. Location of the guest house very closed to the harbour. The property owner help me a lot with organising the fast boat, snorkling and accomodation at Gili Trawangan, its very much appreciated.

Welcoming and helpful

The staff were wonderful; they organised a driver from the airport and offered help for booking tours etc. Location is ~100m from the jetty. Breakfast was delicious Room was clean, air conditioning worked well. I've never been to Indonesia before and Harmony Guest House made our visit that much more memorable.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Organized a 2am pickup from Denpasar airport so I could catch a bit of rest and a ferry the same morning. Great location, very traditional garden, quiet and clean rooms

The lobby looks a bit daunting at 2am, but, it's not a 5 star hotel, hence the price, great value overall

Lovely homestay close to harbour

An easy walk from the harbour and down a little lane so not super noisy. The room was clean, comfy bed and good air con. Even hot water shower. Breakfast was good, friendly staff and they even offer a tea/coffee on arrival.

There was a TV in the room but it didn't work. However, we were able to connect our phone via our HDMI cord and watch Netflix that way.

Great location close to the fast boat pier. Eka was amazing, the team was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a hike to Rinjani Helped arrange the ferry and transport Helped get a scooter Recommended places to see When they heard it was our honeymoon they upgraded us and decorated our room It was lovely all around Breakfast was delicious too

It didn't bother us but due to the proximity you can hear the sound of the boats honking every now and again throughout the night

You get what you pay for

The room was clean and had an AC. There's breakfast included and good wifi. For this price and location a good 1 night stay to take the fastboat.

The bathroom wasn't really clean. The shower was on seperate white rocks, but they were clearly old and looked dirty. The room had openings above the doors and in the bathroom so street noise could easily come in, also the people having breakfast in the dining area next to you are very easily hearable because of the openings.

Very warm and pleasant time.

A quaint friendly hotel. Yummy breakfast.Staff helped me to the harbour with my bags as I could not carry them due to accident. We checked I around 10 pm and Eka was there to meet us. A/C was good, shower was good, veiws of harbour, comfy bed and pillows. Happy to return next time. Thank you Harmony Guest House.

I recommended a big bottle of water for guests and tea and coffee to go with kettle in our room.
