Could do with some updating of the room with new paint, bed sheets and fixtures.

It’s surprisingly super nice! It’s very clean and comfy with nice view to the nature. I had my own little balcony. The staff is super friendly and it’s shown that they are looking after the place. Amazing breakfast with breathtaking view 🧡

The building is of course already bit old but I didn’t mind it gives it nice authentic Balinese experience. + no drinking water to refill.

I have been here already the second time, because I like the simple and the flair. Great breakfast portion and Yummy! Its silent and chill. Perfect to relax on the balcony. Very nice owner served from heart. In the heart of Padang Bai, easy to reach from the port or anywhere. Dinner around the corner.

I stayed the night here to take the ferry to Lombok. It was close to the ferry terminal and the staff were all very nice. The breakfast was tasty and large by comparison to other places. I'd had a very long day of hiking, so the comfortable bed was welcome and the room was a good size. There were some nice views from the terrace.

The price was quite low, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, it was quite different to the pictures. The furniture in the room was old and tired. The desk was damaged, some of the bedside lights didn't work, there was no power point near the bed for my phone. The shower didn't run very well. There were weird bugs. The key to the door and to the balcony were old and difficult to use. There was no aircon. It felt a bit unsafe accessing the place via an alley. The staff were friendly but hard to find. The desk was never manned. It was quite basic which I should have expected. It was a bit of a shock from the previous place I'd stayed in Ubud which was less than ten dollars more expensive but quite luxurious. That place was down an alley too but I didn't think twice about it. I think the photos of the Celagi gave a different impression to what it was really like and I felt disappointed. I think if I hadn't arrived so late I probably would have gone somewhere else to have a nicer night my last night in Bali but I was too tired and had some errands to run. I think my feelings about the hotel were affected by my feelings about Padang Bai in general. Of all the places in Bali I visited I liked it the least. There's a lot of people touting for business during the day, more than in other places, to the point I felt quite harassed. You must be very careful who you talk to, especially if you've booked something as people will say anything. Then at night it shuts down early and there's no places like the circle k or an apotek open. Only in Padang Bai did I have people actually, blatantly changing prices on me when I went to find dinner or buy a beer. I understand that people need to make money but I felt in this town, more than any other they are out to get you as a tourist, to a level that felt mean and unpleasant, which wasn't my experience elsewhere.

The place was great. Friendly staff, clean, big rooms, great rooftop area and good location.

The only thing I could say is that there was no AC, but there was a ceiling fan and it worked well.

Breakfast was really delicious, served on the rooftop terrace with a wonderful view. Location was perfect just few steps away from the ferry harbour. Blue Lagoon Beach only around the corner. My room had a nice balcony.

Toilet and sink were leaking water but considering the price paid I feel it was all fair. Not a place where I would spend an intire holiday but perfect for easy going traveller on a butget waiting to catch a ferry.

Great location close to the harbour for a stop over from/to Lombok. Great value for money too. Large clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice breakfast too.

Location is a bit hard to find in a back alley. Furniture is old but fine for this price

Such a kind and friendly owner who is very humble when explaining your room and facilities. The accommodation is very simple but clean and spacious. We stayed one night to be close to the Pierre for boat transfers. Unbelievable cost per night considering you receive tea on arrival and a very ample breakfast the next morning. Value for money !!
