We stayed for one night before our early morning ferry to Gili T. Perfect location! Walking distance to the ferry office for check in (Ekajaya Ferry) and easy walk with our bags to the dock. The Deluxe Suite was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens). Would definitely stay again if we need to head off on the ferry.
There was some ferry horn blowing about 5am, but a small price to pay for being so close. The kids definitely didn't hear it though and slept through.

Great spot to stop before or after a ferry
Pool is a bit small

The majority of the staff are great. The facilities are clean, but the neighborhood is not desirable.
If you like noise from motorcycles, commercial boat horns, barking dogs, fighting cats, drunk guys playing loud music...then this is the place for you. We had a hard time sleeping through all the noise that went on pretty much all night.
One of the owners was on-site and was not friendly and acted as if he could care less about you patronizing the establishment. The place was completely dead. We spent more time than we should have. We will NOT do that again.
