Pondok Lembah Dukuh Homestay

We stayed in a little hut. The place is amazingly located - with a view of rice terraces. Little huts give you space for resting, sleeping, they are equipped with bathrooms and give you all you need - but they're not luxorious. They are simple, minimalist and this makes them cozy. To get there by car you need to go round but on foot there is a path from the mainroad. We walked 10-15 min to Tirta Ganga Water Palace.

No air conditioning - we knew about it, it's not complaint but a fact. It was really hot at night and hard to sleep. It's not a place for people who are afraid of nature - there are some spaces between walls and the roof and lizards come in and go out - they're harmless. For us it was attraction but it doesn't have to be for everyone.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly family. Good food. We had dinner and breakfast there. Good wifi. You can walk to Tirtagangga water palace from there. The best are the stunning views to the rice fields right from your door step. Highly recommend

- La vue sur les rizières et le Mont Agung - Le "centre-ville" à 10min à pied

- Accueil étrange, froid, on a un peu l'impression de déranger - On se sentait pas bien dans la chambre : sombre, porte qui ne fermait pas vraiment, pas de drap sur le lit (juste un qui recouvrait le matelas, mais pas d'autre drap pour se couvrir), matelas qui sentait l'humidité, coussins extérieurs moisis... - Salle de bain (à moitié extérieure) : SALE, visiblement jamais nettoyée, sol cassé, crottes d'animaux un peu partout - Grenouilles/lézards etc dans la salle de bain qui faisaient BEAUCOUP de bruit toute la nuit (ils n'y peuvent pas grand chose mais c'était très dérangeant) - Ventilateur qui ne fonctionnait pas (et pas de climatisation donc il faisait vraiment très chaud la nuit) - Pour descendre manger, il fallait emprunter un chemin très raide pour se rendre en "ville". Dangereux s'il pleut ou même de nuit...
