Unpleasant stay, and the room is dirty

We booked for two nights there, but we ended up only staying for 1 night. Me and my friend both booked separated rooms, and both of the pillows and bed cover had few marks of stains.Also,in my bathroom, the ceiling was leaking, and there were mushrooms growing on top of it. I complained to staff because I had an itch the following day and it's unbearable yo stay for another night but the staff wouldn't allow me to .They offered me to change room, but I checked the room itself, and the bedsheets cover and pillow case were marked by stains as well.It was same condition as well in the room we stayed.Disappointingly and frustrated ,Me and my friend left the place .

Breakfast and staff were excellent. If you're looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by serene paddy fields, this is the perfect place. Despite our late arrival, the reception staff warmly welcomed us and made the check-in process quick and easy. Though the breakfast spread was limited, everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a large balcony—perfect for relaxing evenings.

The location is quite remote from the main tourist areas, so it's ideal for those seeking tranquillity. The only minor areas of improvement would be managing the pool water temperature and enhancing room cooling. Given the large room size and open ceiling, the existing AC struggled a bit—adding faster ceiling fans or portable fans near the bed would help.

The location of the property is amazing! It is surrounded by rice paddies, with a lovely garden, it is quiet and peaceful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. We recomend nasi goreng.

We stayed for 2 nights & everything was amazing. The room is spectacular & very clean. One of our favorite place we've stayed. The hygenic of the room was more than we expected. And we love the sounds of the birds, gecco and frogs at night but wasnt scary or loud. And the view outside is for instagram 😍 theres nothing better The staffs are very kind and the driver is very helpful (he did a great customized tour for us). Overall it was best hotel around the area.

Small issue for the shower there is no hot water at night, as they use solar heater, but if you know about it, you can easily manage it. Also it was rainy all day during our stay so this may also played role.

A little noisy

The location in the rice paddies was nice, the garden was beautiful. Stunning view of Mt Agung out from the boardwalk to the neat new bamboo cabins they've just built.

There are 2 mosques nearby broadcasting out prayers until 11pm via megaphone. Early in the morning scooter and car noises from afar were surprisingly noisy for a rural area. The open rice paddies don't muffle the noise like buildings do I guess. 2 guys scaring birds away from the rice fields in the morning added to the noise, but was more interesting or romantic than the traffic noise. Overall the morning noise was bearable.

The banana pancake for breakfast is what I look forward to. Although it is far from the city, it is the best destination for people who likes to relax and be with nature. There are no other people checked-in during my stay so it feels like I own the whole property. The space is huge and the pool too. The crew are attentive to your every need.

It is two hrs away from the airport, and some people might not like to see insects since it’s surrounded by a lot of plants.

i have to say this place is really beyond amazing! the owner is extremely friendly. they are couple German-Indonesia. The place is only has several villa, which is good and so private. they have very good swimming pool and in front of it you can see rice paddy. when you walk out from this place, you just need 15 minutes walk and arrive in taman tirtagangga. The room is amazing! it's like 5 star hotel... the design interior of the room, and the garden is really remind you with tropical paradise. The restaurant room is near by the little pool, sometimes you can hear lizard "singing" called tokek and they are so cool to hear! just bear in mind, first they don't have air conditioner, but mosquito net. Amenity also provide by them, include bathrobe and so. Also The food is very nice! but they just only have selected menu. the second is this place is only if you want to have lazy time, so if you want to do some adventure, It would be nice if you have scooter or car because this area is quite remote surrendering by mount and rice paddy.

Bon endroit pour visiter l'est de Bali

Trés bon petit déjeuner. Chambre très confortable, assez grande. L'hotel est bien situé mais nécessite un moyen de transport (scooter, taxi) pour aller voir tirta gangga, ujung water palace, amed, ... Je recommande de prendre un taxi pour organiser ces visites et choisir le bon créneau

Un peu difficile de communiquer en anglais avec certaines personnes de l'hotel

La location è molto bella, immersa tra le risaie

La pulizia lascia a desiderare, presenza di molti insetti ed escrementi di essi, non li abbiamo utilizzati. Eravamo in attesa del driver (20 minuti) e avevamo lasciato i bagagli nella hall, noi eravamo lì vicino seduti all’esterno, e lo staff ci ha esortato a portarle fuori nonostante nella struttura eravamo presenti solo noi e un’altra coppia, la quale non era fisicamente presente. Il prezzo per il motorino elevato rispetto alla zona e soprattutto per niente flessibili.

I bungalow, nuovi e ben curati, offrono balconi o terrazze con splendida vista sul giardino, la piscina e le montagne circostanti. La presenza di aria condizionata e frigorifero in ogni camera, insieme a comfort come bollitore elettrico, cassaforte e TV a schermo piatto La piscina esterna e lo spazio verde della struttura sono ideali per rilassarsi. Colazione squisita.

Purtroppo siamo arrivati in struttura e la cucina era chiusa, abbiamo ordinato con grab ma la posizione e gli orari non ci hanno consentito di poter cenare.

Que dire… 😳

Le jardin est magnifique, très joliment arboré. Comme l’hôtel était vide, nous étions les seuls clients, nous avons été surclassé dans la suite nuptiale.

On a été accueilli par un jeune homme au vêtements souillés et qui sentait mauvais. Le gérant nous a ensuite informé que le restaurant ne servait que le petit déjeuner, ce qui est très embêtant étant donné que l’établissement se situe dans un trou perdu, loin de tous commerces et qu’il n’y a pas de taxi à proximité non plus. Notre taxi, n’étant pas encore reparti, il nous a emmené faire quelques achats de nourriture pour que nous puissions nous alimenter le soir. En rentrant à l’hôtel, nous avons mis les fruits que nous avions acheté au frigo de l’accueil, le seul en fonction. Au petit déjeuner, compris dans la réservation, ils nous ont servis les fruits que nous avions acheté la veille 😁, le Gag ! Le reste des plats étant plus que sommaire. Il n’y a pas de wifi dans les chambres, prévoir de la lecture. Après le petit déjeuner, ils se sont mis à faire des travaux dans l’hôtel, un bruit pas possible 😳 ! Le linge de maison était taché, notre chambre, les oreillers, les draps sentaient le vieux comme si ça n’avait pas été aéré depuis des années…

El Paraíso está aquí

Veo mucha gente quejándose de animales: es porque estás en medio de la naturaleza. Quizá toda esa gente debería quedarse en su país y no visitar el sudeste asiático. Este hotel es una delicia. Yo viajaba con un amigo en plan mochilero en motos, y al llegar, decidimos alquilar una villa más, porque por el precio merece mucho la pena que cada uno tuviese su propia villa. Las camas son cómodas, los baños son enormes y tienes una privacidad increíble. El lugar está como a 15 mins en moto de la zona de ocio y de unos 20 mins de las playas, pero es que de veras que merece la pena. Las carreteras son tranquilas, el acceso es fácil, y lo digo yo que no soy muy experto con la moto. Es perfecto para desconectar, descansar, darse un chapuzón en la piscina preciosa que tienen con vistas a los arrozales.

No hay nada mejorable de este hotel.

Užasné místo, doporučuji

Krásné místo s nádherným okolím. Rezort má krásnou zahradu s výhledem na rýžová pole. Vila, ve které jsme byli ubytovaní, byla útulná a čistá. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný, zvlášť manažer Mr. Bali, který nám dal spoustu užitečných tipů na výlety v okolí a podělil se s námi o zajímavosti z místní kultury a tradic. Skvělou výhodou byla také možnost půjčit si skútr přímo na místě.
