Water temple for ourselves

Im absolutely astonished with this paradise for many reasons: 1. temples all for ourselves after cca 18:30 in January, or until cca 7:00 Great to meditate or enjoy the sacred energy in quietneas. 2. The price is incredibly small for people from Central Europe, for this one of a kind experience and high quality service 3. We are the only 2 couples here at the moment and we are treated almost as royalty :) The Balinesians in general are so nice, and the staff here is surprising us even more with their smiles, service and kind heart. 💜 🙏 4. Its a great place to reach Lempuyang temples, the beach and much more. 5. The restaurant is beautiful and has many vegetarian options

location excellent in the water palace, this was by far the best thing about the hotel; my villa ok; a la carte breakfast skimpy for a 4-star hotel but issues were discussed & settled amicably with manager Mr Augustina. Plenty of towels supplied; staff very friendly; gardens very attractive; green teabags supplied in room [often are not]. Restaurant menu, enough choices; good views of water gardens from restaurant; hotel pool open all hours; small number of guest villas made for peaceful ambience

no plugs could be found for my bath or washbasin; villa rather dark for reading/working but ok for holiday makers no doubt; breakfast issues as above. Manager Mr Augustina very helpful about resolving issues

We stayed at Tirta Ayu Hotel, beautifully located inside a royal water palace park, surrounded by stunning nature and a truly peaceful atmosphere. The receptionist, a lovely and highly professional young woman (I believe her name is Jonta), was extremely helpful and welcoming. The girls in the restaurant were also wonderful, as well as the gentlemen who assisted us with our luggage — all very friendly and attentive. There is some walking from the entrance of the water palace park to the hotel, but the hotel organises luggage assistance, which makes this completely stress-free. This area is much quieter than Kuta, Seminyak, or Ubud. Ride-hailing apps like Grab may not always be available, but the hotel will easily arrange a private driver, so transportation is not an issue at all. Highly recommended for travellers looking for peace, nature, and genuine hospitality.

A fabulous little hotel in the most perfect setting

Apart from the obvious incredible setting of Tirta Gangga, The staff were amazing and could do enough for me. They even prepared a breakfast box each morning as I was leaving early on tours without my asking The location is amazing and you have use of the gardens outside of opening hours The hotel is a little walk from entrance but the staff help carry your bags to and fro The restaurant is good and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals there. They also gave me free afternoon tea I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are traveling to the east side. It’s such a good place to set off early to see prime tourist attractions such as Lempuyan temple which is just a few minutes away, as well as the water gardens themselves The older style room was comfortable, clean, had a/c and everything you would need. The swimming pool in front of my room was so welcome

It was quite a walk from main gate but staff were helpful and security will let your driver through at early morning

Interesting stay inside the wTergarden..

The setting is exceptional. When the public go home you have the watergarden to yourself. The swimming pool in the watergarden is wonderful. The water feels healing and cool and soft on the skin. We loved it

Tirta Ayu Hotel is a hidden gem inside the beautiful Tirta Gangga Water Palace. The setting is peaceful and unique, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible service, especially from the hotel manager. They were attentive, kind, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

The breakfast menu was outstanding—fresh, varied, and well-prepared. For dinner, while the setting and service were excellent, I felt the quality of the menu could be elevated a bit to better reflect the generally high culinary standards found throughout Indonesia. A few more refined or locally inspired options would make the experience even more memorable.

Good location; no bidet spray

The location is perfect. The food was also good; especially Chai.

There are no bidets (spray)in any of the washrooms in any of their rooms. Very shocking for Indonesia, as that facility is available in most hotels here, even the cheap ones. When we asked about it, we were told that their hotel is by "International standard"! 😆 No, it is not. It is not even Indonesian standard - which is better in this case especially. Thankfully, the staff was helpful and they brought us water bottles. 🙏🏼 I hope that this huge omission is fixed by the management soon.

In the bathroom you will find a beautiful large bathtub that you can only fill up to 10 cm and then you will run out of hot water.

Spend a night, or a week, and live like Balinese Royalty ... literally!!

The hotel is inside the grounds of the water palace and guests have unrestricted access to the park 24 hours. There are five villas and we were upgraded to the Villa Raja, the King's Villa, a large room used by a former king of Karangasem with photos of the royal court, a throne, and a private plunge pool. We. felt like royalty as we swam in a huge bathing pool in the water palace and walked the grounds, all to ourself. I must add the staff was wonderful in every way, friendly, helpful, considerate, just lovely. A short trip to Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang (Heaven's Gate) is a must for your ultimate Bali photo shoot facing Mount Agung.

There was no wifi in the room and only local tv channels. But we decided that was a good thing! There also weren't many food options. However we were the only guests due to pandemic and completely understood the situation.

Fantastisch

Das Frühstück war super, zusätzlich nachmittags wurde serviert Kaffee oder Tee mit dessert, im Preis inbegriffen. Die Lage ist atemlos, wie in Märchen, ganze Nacht kann man spazieren in diesem fantastischen Wasser Palast, ganz allein. Das Personal ist super freundlich, sie haben unser Zimmer mit so viel Liebe dekoriert, danke schon nochmal für die unvergessliche Momente.

Magique d'avoir accès au parc dès sa fermeture 19h à sa réouverture 7h le lendemain matin. Au restaurant, nous avons bien appréciés nos plats et desserts. Petit déjeuner de qualité. On ne paye pas l entrée du parc, ni le parking. Parking public à proximité on appelle l'hotel pour qu ils viennent nous chercher avec nos valises a l'entrée du parc.

Très beaux bungallows dans un endroit magnifique. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin que pour nous le soir et le matin avant l’arrivée de la foule . Le restaurant est bon mais peut-être un peu cher mais on a une super vue sur le jardin

Una habitacion de lujo y un personal inmejorable. Para pasar unos dias tranquilos y conerctar con la naturaleza.

Un poco alejado de todo, pero vale la pena si quieres estar en un alojamiento de lujo, descansar y ver esta parte de Bali. El mismo hotel te pone en contacto con taxistas que te llevan a cualquier sitio. Cerca de Lempuyang, Amed, Lanhangan sweet y vale mucho la pena Maha Gangga Valley, a 15 minutos del hotel.

Hotel vinden is beetje complex, er is een openbare parking dichtbij, dat deels ook als markt dient. Gelukkig komt iemand van de hotel helpen. Zeer veel mensen bezoeken de tuinen al vanaf 6 u ‘s ochtends, dus volledig alleen ben je nooit.

Einmal wie ein Raja fühlen!

Die Lage des Hotels innerhalb des Wasserpalastes von Tirtagangga ist unschlagbar. Außerdem war das Team vom Hotel und Restaurant so freundlich, dass wir eigentlich noch hätten bleiben können, doch leider hatten wir schon eine weitere Station auf Bali gebucht. Der Ausblick vom Restaurant abends in den Wasserpalast ist grandios und das herzliche Willkommen mit der schönen Dekoration in der Raja-Villa unvergeßlich. Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank an Jonti von der Rezeption und Augustine vom Restaurant sowie das gesamte Hotel-Team.

Un sueño poder dormir dentro del palacio

Estar alojados dentro de Tirta Gangga y poder acceder al palacio de agua sin turistas por la noche y por la mañana temprano fue un sueño. El personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno y con una vista espectacular. También cenamos allí y el precio es razonable con una calidad excelente.

La entrada al hotel y las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas. Una renovación vendría genial
