The Etrechy RER station is a 7-minute drive away, and if you don't have a car, a bus from Etampes takes 15 minutes to reach the house; Uber also operates. There are many villages (Etampes, Dourdan, Milly-la-Forêt) and estates (Chamarande, Jeurre, Château de Courances) to visit nearby, as well as hiking and cycling trails (around Etampes and the Juine Valley, and in the forests of La Barre (2 min), Fontainebleau (30 min), and Grands Avaux (25 min)).
