Atmospheric older property being gradually refurbished. Good eating and social space for any group size and room for children to have their own space within hearing!

Location excellent. Beds were comfortable. Meal in the evening in the restaurant was good
No decaf coffee in the rooms and difficult to obtain at breakfast. We were given a room with no windows but they did change us to a twin with a window very high up that we couldn’t reach. Bathroom small but OK. Breakfast eggs were not cooked well and had to send them back
