We hated to leave

Love the location overlooking the bay. Room was excellent and perfectly clean. They even had a wee bowl of sweets as you went up the stairs and a nice local dram ready to pour. Very g ood shower.

The house is beautiful. Our room was gorgeous with a sea view and nice little touches like the whiskey, Irn Bru and tunnocks tea cake!

Location was very good, the room was very clean and the shower was excellent. When you are out all day travelling around its exactly what you need. Close proximity to the facilities in the town and just enough of a walk to let your dinner go down.

The room was too bright - as the blind on the front door did not stop light coming in very early in the morning. Just doesn’t “ work “ as it is. Needs a blackout curtain too.

Lovely visit and lovely hostess, if we visit Oban again we would definitely stay at Witchwood.

Location was perfect. Breakfast suited us but some people might like something hot.

There was nothing not to like, only thing we would ask for next time would be a room on the first floor.

Very good location, nice view over Oban’s bay. Spacious car park. Spacious apartment with separate kitchen/dining, sitting area and bedroom. Very clean. Check-in and out was hassle free, all straightforward

Perfect for us - great view, nice harbor walk right outside.

Beautiful view from one of the front rooms - binoculars included in the window seat to look at the harbor. The room was very quiet with a super comfortable bed. The Inn is family run and we met Ian at breakfast - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental buffet style which suited us perfectly as we wanted to get on the road. We walked to dinner and the Witchwood Inn is very well suited to walk to a variety of restaurants.

Stylish accommodation with mesmerizing views

The views from the front rooms of the hotel are fantastic. The interior decoration and soft furnishings are very stylish and opulent. The beds are comfortable. The little extras ie local whiskey in a carafe, cake etc made our stay feel special. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again

The accommodations were were wonderful. Aside from the beauty of building itself, it had everything we could need and a few additional touches (Scottish whisky and chocolate). Everything in Oban was walkable from the property and check in and check out were super easy.

Fabulous Gem of a Guesthouse In Oban

The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable! Spotlessly clean, room serviced on day 3 of our 5 day stay. Great location, nice little walk along the front got us into town. The ferry terminal is very handy We particularly enjoyed the decanter with single malt whiskey left in the room, along with plenty of tea/coffee, etc. We opted to have the continental breakfast every day. It provided us with more than food to start our day.

Fabulously located, on the promenade, where it is possible to watch all the ferries and other craft moving in and out of the harbour. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything that you may need.

The accommodation was spotless. Beds were comfortable. The decor was modern. There was no interaction with staff as this was all self-service. I didn't mind that. The location was great; it was right on the beach, and there was plenty of parking. The host left a nice gesture with some complimentary water and a snack.

We had the rooms on the ground floor at the back, which lacked privacy as the owners used the path in front of the rooms to access their property. We booked two rooms: one with 2 adults and one with a child and an adult. Sadly, the hot water disappeared after the child took a quick shower.

Peaceful and luxurious.

The location on Corran Esplanade is so tranquil and beautiful. It's just a short walk to Dunollie which I really enjoyed. The views from the room were absolutely spectacular and the room itself was gorgeous and incredibly spacious.

Lovely town, nice owner, Room needs work

Location, Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating when you asked for something.

The Bed was not that comfortable until I found a memory foam to put on it. The Highback chairs were not very good as the springs were shot, and you sunk way into them. The shower hose was broken and sprayed all over. There was no cooked/hot breakfast being served. For the price being charged, it could’ve been a little nicer.

Perfect guest house to spend a few gays in Oban

We had a little flat called a bit on the side it was just perfect and had lovely sea views. The breakfast got delivered to your room which was great. Free parking a bonus
