Its location, near to subway and JR stations. Lots of food places nearby. Near convenience stores and supermarkets. It’s clean, good value for money as this is a walk-up apartment. It had sufficient utensils to make a simple meal.

The room was a decent size with great facilities. It was close to everything needed and in a really great location.
If I had to pick something it would be needing to use stairs to enter property. It was hard to carry suitcases up the stairs.

立地が良く、駅に近いしコンビニや飲食店スーパーも近場にあり使いやすい。部屋も広々として家族4人でゆっくり過ごせました。部屋も綺麗で清潔感のある白重視で良かった。また利用したいと思いました。
少し埃が溜まっていましたが許容範囲ではありました。近隣の音が聞こえるのが一番のマイナス点でした。車や酔っ払いの声は丸聞こえで、寝付くのに時間かかりました。上の階の生活音もありましたが、そちらは我慢出来る範囲です。地上波デジタル放送が見れないのも寂しかったです。
