The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We were even an hour early. There is a great waygu ramen shop next door where we ate that evening. There is a “petit” grocery store that is very close and perfect for picking up a few breakfast items.
The place was clean and well stocked, with great amenities (including laundry - with detergent).
I didn’t get the checkout time right, but the cleaners were very accommodating.
A great place to stay with a good layout and lots of space.

Although I stayed only 1 night, it was worth the expense.
The space is setup like an extended stay / rental AirBnB type room. It has washer/dryer, iron, iron board, silverware, plate ware, cooking implements, and also a stove top. Small refrigerator and separate small freezer.
This space would make excellent "base camp" for travels in / around Tokyo area if staying for extended time with friends or family.
This space was easy, check-in easy with QR code on tablet near elevator. There is no formal front desk.
I felt safe and secure with code lock, no need for key card or keeping a door lock key.

Hotel is good. Spacious can fit 4 people with 2 beds. Price is okay. Bad part is no customer service, no cleaning on daily basis. But you can do your own laundry. Cleanliness is 1 and staff is 1 because there is none.
