Comfortable bed , washer and kitchen in unit

The location in central Tokyo, near Shinjuku was good. It was a 5 minute walk from 2 subway stations. There were many convenience stores, restaurants and bars nearby.
It was very quiet. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The price was fair for a big city. The washing machine dryer combo in the room was good.
We found a great Cafe Yayoi, closeby where we could buy omelette breakfasts.

The room was a bit small with too much furniture. It didn't need the table. But the price reflected the size.

The room was clean and not far from a train station
A staff member was not very nice when we arrived. They let us know we could book in earlier but then wanted to charge us per hour per person.

Afternoon tea/coffee and afternoon drinks were great
No house keeping
I have never stayed in a hotel and only get change of towels
No bathroom cleaning.
Had to ask for toilet paper, we stayed 5 nights
The room was very noisy as we were on the same level as reception would not recommend that level.
The air con kept cutting in and out very noisy at night.
