The property itself was ok. The space was limited but of course it depends on what you book. The location was also perfect.
Only complaint, if any, is that my room size was small but I totally understand the situation.

Had everything you needed and more in the room, really well equipped. Location wise, it was very close to the train station (about a 3 minute walk) with plenty of food places around the area. The room was comfortable and clean. Felt like it was very good value for money. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The room is very small, a bed and table with TV and a shower pod, but not much space to move around (however I note that I knew this before booking, its quite clear from the pictures). Breakfast spread was a bit on the smaller end, and if you go late a lot of the items will not get refreshed.

Location was descent and close to the Ginza line. The bed was comfortable enough.
The breakfast was terrible, the room was so small you could barely take a step before running into something and there were no laundry facilities.
