    I had a pleasant stay overall and thought this hotel offered great value for the price. The lobby was clean and well maintained, and the staff were excellent. I arrived at around 2:00 PM, about an hour before the official check-in time, and they proactively approached me and helped with the check-in process, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and spacious enough for one person. It might feel a little cramped for two guests, especially if you're both traveling with large suitcases, but considering the price, I think it's more than reasonable. The location is another strong point. It's just a short walk to both the nearest train station and convenience stores, making it very convenient for getting around and picking up anything you need. If I had one small complaint, it would be that the hotel isn't a very tall building, so my room picked up some street noise in the morning. If you're a light sleeper or like to sleep in, it's something to keep in mind. That said, it wasn't a major issue for me. Overall, this is a solid budget-friendly hotel with friendly staff, a convenient location, and good value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

    Near Akasaka-Mitsuke metro station (100 meters) connecting you to Shinjuku or Shibuya or Ginza in 6-8 minutes. Area around the hotel is also very nice and lively. Hotel is 100% non smoking ... but was a smokers hotel before and airco in multiple rooms spreads stale cigarette smells. Hence cleanliness 3 star.

    The bed was sooooo comfortable. Best bed we had anywhere in Japan. The room is small but not that small in our opinion and had everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed in this room longer
