Do the check in online otherwise you’ll have to deal with checking in using the iPad at the door outside. It needs to take photo of your passport while checking in so good luck getting it (the photo) accepted by the system when dark/already evening. Very close to a Subway station, 4 stations away from Shibuya! Clean, new towels delivered everyday at your bunk but beds and linens are not cleaned daily. Almost no staff present at any time. Tiny luggage space so good if you’re not bringing any (or just backpack). A lot of restos/convenience store/pharmacies nearby.

Honestly clean and pleasant through and through. Toilet amenities were great. Only thing I had hoped for was a daily packing of the bed.

Good value and location, neighborhood is less crowded but still lively with locals and it’s easy to get to all the major tourist locations using the subway. The layout does not really encourage mingling compared to other hostels, so probably better for introverted travelers. Only inconvenience I had is a light randomly turning on in the middle of the night and I couldn’t turn it off. Also the trash cans are a bit small for anything else besides bins and cups in the lounge. I liked that my capsule had a bit of extra space to move around, but most do not. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

スタッフとサービスが不親切で、雰囲気は和モダンで素敵だけど機能面を削り過ぎて色々と不便です。
寝巻きの作務衣は有料で、事前予約が必要です。事前にメールで料金を尋ねたときにそうとは教えていただけず、知らずに寝巻きを持参しなかったために当日の汚れた服のまま寝ることになりました。スリッパも数が足りずトイレすら裸足で歩くことに。また宿泊者向けのチャットがありますが、フロントに人がいるのと同じ時間しか稼働していないので遅くにチェックインしてトラブルが発生しても朝までどうにもなりません。
シャワー室はカフェにあるタイプの荷物置きのみで棚はわざわざ外された跡があちました。そのため化粧水など液体類を置く場所がありません。
洗面所はオレンジが強いライトのためお化粧ができません。部屋は逆に白強め。一応メイクは出来ますが、当然朝はあちこちの個室からカチャカチャ音が聞こえます。
非常に残念な宿泊となりました。
