Location, location, location! The property is in a great neighborhood and has easy access to subway.
No lift! The lack of a lift made it difficult moving in and out of the property with luggage. I can see the property has no room for a lift therefore a pricing discount should be applied to renters on higher floors.

We like the layout. It was compact but big enough for my children and I. It wad also affordable and the owner was responsive. It was also good that our unit was on the ground floor only.
It was hard to figure out the hot water in the bathroom.

Downstairs area nice. Very quiet area.
Not enough mirrors. Toilet upstairs Only. Bunk bed very uncomfortable. Couch has stains.
