Exceptionally well equipped, comfortable and super clean. Also very silent during the night! Perfect place to rest after long days of sightseeing. We loved the details, like two types of light colors for different times of day (yellow cosy light over the dinning table, white light to wake up over the bed).
The flat is extremely well equipped, everything is well thought and explained in a folder. The only details that could be improved: it would be practical to have a rack to hang raincoats at the entrance (in the cupboard). And a small reading lamp at the bedside would be nice. Otherwise, wonderful.

* Walking distance to the train station * Washer and Japanese-style dryer available * Staff replies quickly to questions and requests * FamilyMart convenience store is just a 1-minute walk away.
* No daily towel/sheet change, garbage pickup, or cleaning — it is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. * Only one set of towels is provided, no matter how long you stay. If you have kids, you need to request extra towels separately. It can take a day for the extra towels to arrive. * Smaller than the photos make it look; it felt a bit tight for two adults and two little kids. * No elevator, so carrying big luggage up to the 4th floor was not pleasant — unless you think of it as a free workout.
