Rhodes Kagurazaka

I stayed in Tokyo for 6 weeks. I tried many differents dormitories. This one was by far the best. The beds are clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean. The location is not perfect but i'd say it's good enough for this price ! There are subway stations nearby anyway. The employees were really helpful too ! I had lost my credit card in a bus. When i explained the issue to the receptionist, he called the bus company for me and helped me get my card back.

The heater worked. Provided the basics. Washing machine was great. As was TV. The lift is quick. Kettle, microwave and fridge is good and clean.

Water heating takes a while. Bidet was hit and miss - seat warmer worked intermittently. Sofa bed is a mattress on a sofa/futon base - very uncomfortable to sleep on. Once the futon mattress is out, you cannot move. A-frame for the laundry was hanging on for dear life. Wifi is unstable. The lift can only fit 2pax + 1 suitcase each if you're lucky.
