    I stayed here with my spouse and two kids. It's a beautiful and massive hotel - it is absolutely beautiful compared to other hotels. I like that it's not too far from Shibuya or other areas, but you will definitely need transport to get there. I did not like that there were no HALAL options during our meals at the hotel, but there were plenty we could order from through delivery options. However, the hotel did not want to accommodate us by letting us eat in the general or dining areas. They told us we should go to our room if we want to it eat any other food. I did not appreciate or like that, as they gave no consideration to how they did not have halal dining options available. Because we were 4 people, we ended up having to get 2 rooms to get enough beds. It was our first time to Japan, so I was expecting a bit more cooperation, but overall, the hotel was very clean and the walking area outside was so beautiful and gave that Japan-vibe that we were hoping for during our first visit.

    It's a beautiful hotel no doubt. But staff were not helpful or professional. The breakfast buffet cost $92 AUD quite expensive for what was offered. We had no access to the pool or sauna and all stations were quite a long walking distance because it took at least 10 mins just to walk out of the hotel.
