Great location - lots of restaurants nearby which we felt weren’t touristy. It was a 15 min walk to get to central Shinjuku, although you can take metro which is a few minutes walk. Clean and good size, washer dryer was useful. There is a 7-11 type store a minute away. Friendly staff.

Cava House is in a great location. About 15 minute walk to the busiest streets of Shinjuku. However, there are lots of excellent places to eat near Cava, better quality and price than central Shinjuku, imo.
Would have been nice to have a coffee machine.
