A beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was so spacious and the bed was comfortable. The on site 7/11 was great for snacks and cheaper beers - more expensive dining and drinking options were also on site. Short walk to Shinjuku train station, Hop On Hop Off bus, shopping, restaurants, bars and Sizzler.
The pillows were a bit hard, but I had my own pillow so no problem for me.

Location and the friendly staff - would definitely choose to stay here again
Only negative would be price was a little bit higher than similar locations.

Beautiful view, we payed for a high floor room
Old. The room was small even if we booked a large one. The bathroom also very small and old
$$$$
