Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo Premier Grand

Glass Court is the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced! The curry is my favorite.

It was a bit difficult to find the 2 laundry rooms available. But, when I did, it was seamless and easy to use.

The service in this hotel is next level, perhaps the best I have ever received. If you can try and stay on one of the club floors as the afternoon/evening drinks and food are a really nice touch. The team in the club level are superb.

Nothing. The location was fantastic and quiet and a ten minute walk from dozens of shops and bars.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Great views from our room on the 39th floor. Book the Premier Grand to get use of the lounges on the 45th and 47th floors.

The Manager at the checkout misled us. We checked out early with the intention to catch a pre-booked airport limousine bus in front of the hotel. However, the Manager asked a hotel staff to wheel our luggages to a sitting area in the lobby and asked us to wait there but he didn’t tell us when the bus arrived!! As a result, we missed our bus. He told us the hotel would look after us since we are still in the hotel. However when we missed our bus, he said the hotel doesn’t provide that service. We had all the intention to wait at the front of the hotel for our bus if not because of his words. Luckily we were able to catch the same bus at the Sunjuku Station but that took the convenience away from us. Our main reason for choosing Keio Plaza in the first place was the ability to board an airport limousine in front of the hotel. We ended up having to pay for a taxi fare that we didn’t have to otherwise and the hassles of dragging our luggages from the taxi drop off to the bus terminal at the Sunjuku station. We were super annoyed with that Manager and Keio to say the least. We paid for the Premier Grand and would expect better service than this.
