First rate hotel, providing all amenities. Large room, exceptionally quiet, fantastic views (hotel starts at the 41th floor), outstanding service. Great breakfast, dining, and bar options.
The hotel is about a 15 min walk from Shinjuku station and the associated pedestrian area; just something to be aware of if planning to explore the neighborhood by foot. Leaving and returning to the hotel 2x per day adds up to an additional hour of walking. Of course, most people staying at this 5-star hotel will use a taxi. Other than that, there's really nothing we didn't like.

Amazing stay at this iconic hotel, truly 5* experience. Top service, very nice spacious room, iconic views. Very good food, stunning bar at the top floor. If you can afford it a must in Tokyo
It is well known that location is not perfect but it’s worth it either way
