In room no wifi , and in lift have smell

Place is very nice. It’s not the most updated hotels to stay at, but the room is very comfortable. Good for someone looking for a nice place to sleep in that’s within the budget. They do change the towels and provide new toiletries every day. There’s a room at the 5th floor where you can chill or eat (your own food). Microwave is available on the same room. Water dispensers are available at each floor (I believe). They also clean the rooms every other day.
Location is a bit of a walk to the nearest subway, but not bad. Neigborhood is good to stroll especially in the morning.. Shinjuku shopping street is walkable (about 20mins walk). There are nearby konbini and restaurants as well.
Wifi in the room is a bit slow. So if you’re planning to work in your room, better have a wifi or a hotspot on hand in case. There’s no receptionist on standby which is a bit of concern in terms of security. But place is equiped with cctv’s. I was able to use a luggage transfer service just by leaving my luggage at the lobby when I checked out (placed a note on my luggage). So if you’re planning to get the same service even if no receptionist is available, it is possible.
Overall, my stay was really good! Would definitely come back.
