Location is close to train station and there is a family Mart and places to eat close by. It only 2 stops to get to Shinjuku station.
The rooms are small and beds are too firm for me. We did figure out the mat they have Western style rooms on higher floors and I figured out too late that I could get a portable travel mattress pad from 3coins.

The location was great to get around to other areas of Tokyo.
The beds were hard although you could go to 3coins and buy a travel mattress topper. I figured that out too late.

The room fit my family of four comfortably and the hotel had alot of extra amenities for their guests at the lobby which was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine, amenities, coin laundy, vending machines and the location was so close to convenient stores, restaurants, subway station and supermarket.
We were not able to try out the hotel restaurant for lunch even though it was not full when were waiting at the hotel lobby for our airport pickup.

Comfy, good location, clean neighborhood. Free amenities & drinks at the lobby. Cheap but clean.
Too many loud foreigners and the wall was thin. I could hear my neighbors laughing & talking super loud in English.
