The hotel is simple but vibey, in a cool area thats well connected and surrounded by things to do. The rooms are not massive but the bathrooms are super well stocked and comfy and so is the bed, and while the lobby is not gigantic the outdoor area is a great place to hang out and the options they have are really enjoyable. The area is a total vibe, the discounts they offer are super useful, would visit again for sure.

The location is right in my favorite Tokyo neighborhood! The staff were very kind, bed was very comfortable, and I loved the record player in the room. The cleanliness could be more consistent considering the high cost though--I stayed in the most expensive Deluxe room but found several hairs on the bed and sofa and there were many stains on the carpet and walls. For that price tag I expected better. Would stay here again because the location is perfect for me, but will try a different room and hope the cleanliness is improved.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, walking distance to all of shimo. You can rent records at the front desk and play them in your room. Great breakfast bar.

Basic room, nice coffee shop in complex. Very close to two stations. Nice area. Only place in Japan we stayed where we were charged for an early and late checkout !
