    Very well located hotel, close to Shinjuku station, which makes travel around the city very easy, the airport limousine bus, drops at Keio Plaza hotel only a 3 minute walk from the Kadoya. The staff were friendly and wecoming, our room a universal twin, was spacious for Tokyo, clean, comfy and well provisioned. There are coin operated washing machines, vending machines and a microwave on level 3. The hotel is located on a quiet street with many convienience stores, restaurants and shopping centres only seconds away. Don't expect to check in even a minute before 3pm unless you want to pay extra, this appears to be the way in Japan, however they will store your luggage for you. Would highly recommend this hotel for good value and its great location and would happily stay again if we are ever back in Tokyo.

    Few minutes walk from Shinjuku JR station. Staff are polite and helpful. Room is clean, I don’t need daily cleaning, only request for change towels and clear rubbish from the bins. The only issue is the mouldy smell inside the room even when the air purifier has been switched on whole day.

    A nice small business hotel on the quiet West side of Shinjuku. Good facilities. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from. Easy access to the train station. Would return to stay here again.
