    Close to Shinjuku station. Similar to other Tokyo hotels, space is constrained but it was clean and served the purpose.

    Just minutes away from the subway station. Plenty of shops, malls and restaurants nearby. Friendly helpful staff.

    The property is poorly maintained, with a thick layer of dust throughout our room that required us to sanitize it ourselves. Additionally, the hotel's only smoking area is a tiny room shared with the general public. When we sought assistance, the staff—specifically a short, non-Japanese female employee—was highly unprofessional and dismissive, bluntly telling us to just queue and wait without any hospitality.
