This stylish house features two terraces and two balconies with views of the Alps. The house was lovingly renovated in 2024. The large common area under the wooden beam ceiling offers plenty of opportunities for games and entertainment, including a foosball table, a library, a collection of games, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with a seating area.
In addition to the 4 bedrooms with hardwood floors, there are 3 bathrooms and a guest restroom. Three of the bedrooms have access to a balcony or terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, automatic coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils.
A washing machine and ironing facilities are available.
All rooms have fly screens and blackout curtains.
High-speed Wi-Fi and Magenta TV are available free of charge.
Bright dining area with an extendable dining table that seats up to 10 people and cozy armchairs in front of the fireplace. Workstation on the first floor.
The garden features a large extendable dining table, a swing chair, a lounge chair, a barbecue area, a fire pit, and a ping-pong table.
Bicycles can be provided upon request.
A crib and high chairs are available.
Next to the house is a playground with a carousel, sandbox, swings, and a seesaw

All 4 bedrooms are in a very quiet location, offer views of the countryside, and are equipped with high-quality, very comfortable beds. Reading lamps and available electrical outlets by the bed are, of course, provided. The two double bedrooms on the first floor share a spacious bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony or terrace.
In Waging am See, located in the Rupertiwinkel region of Chiemgau, there are many recreational activities to enjoy. Lake Waging and Lake Taching, with their six swimming areas, are easily accessible by bike or on foot. You can set out directly from the house for bike tours in the Alpine foothills, featuring spectacular mountain views and stops at private brewery inns. Numerous mountain hikes and ski resorts are about a 45-minute drive away.
Salzburg, the city of Mozart, with its many museums, shops, and concert venues, is a 30-minute drive away.
In case of bad weather, the Hans-Peter Porsche Traumwerk in Anger or the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine are great options.
Windsurfing and sailing courses are available at the Strandkurhaus.
In Waging itself, there are numerous restaurants, cafés, a farmers’ market, mini-golf, live music, and a summer movie theater.
We, the Pfau family, occasionally rent out our own vacation home. I, Katia Pfau, an interior designer by profession, grew up in this house and took it over and renovated it in 2024. We’ve already spent many wonderful days here with our three children, and we’d be delighted if you, too, could enjoy unwinding here, taking in the space of this property, and exploring the beautiful surroundings.
