The BeckHaus, built by my parents in 1977 in the Alpine style, has now been completely renovated by us and offers an exceptional, spacious living experience that leaves little to be desired. Working with our interior designer, we took care to harmonize traditional elements with modern design so that you’ll feel right at home immediately.Nestled in the breathtaking natural beauty of the Chiemgau Mountains, with a cozy living atmosphere and a large garden to enjoy—these are the perfect ingredients for a relaxing vacation. Ideal for families with children or families with grandparents. Children under 2 years old stay free. Electricity costs for the electric car charging station (wallbox) and the sauna are billed separately. This is tracked via a separate electricity meter. Prices are based on the current kWh rates from the Inzell power utility. Security deposit: The security deposit is 500.00 EUR. Payment terms: 50% deposit upon booking; remaining balance, including the security deposit, due no later than 30 days before arrival.
The attic floor features 2 double rooms (20 m² and 15 m²), the 4-bed children’s room (18 m²), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.Another double room with a bathroom (21 m²) is located on the first floor. Also included are a kitchen, living room, cozy sitting room with a heated tiled stove (wood provided), library/study, and a separate coat closet.The kitchen includes: • Dishwasher • Refrigerator with freezer compartment • Induction stove with 4 burners, large selection of pots and pans • Oven • Conventional filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, espresso pot • Toaster • Dishes and silverware for 10 people • Miscellaneous: From standard spices to coffee filters and trash bags, you should find everything you need. You don’t even need to worry about dish soap. In the basement, you can use the sauna, relaxation room, and game room. In addition, a laundry room and a drying room are available. Total living and usable space is approximately 210 m². Bed linens and bath/hand towels are provided. (Please bring your own bathrobe and sauna towel if needed.) Each of the two bathrooms is equipped with a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are in the laundry room. Wi-Fi, a printer, TV, stereo, PS4, professional foosball table, darts, board games, books from the library, a piano, and a crib are available.
Patio and Garden: On the partially covered patio, you can relax on the lounge furniture (to say the least), or simply enjoy the surroundings on the sun loungers in the lawn or under the 40-year-old apple tree.There’s a grill, a large wooden table with benches—and the delicious BBQ can begin. Next to the garage is a wall box for charging electric vehicles. The garage itself is relatively narrow (since it was built in 1977) and is ideally suited for use as a bike and ski storage area.
