The property is so close to the train station and to the Colosseum, so the location is easily 9/10 if that's your main concern. I was able to check in before 12, all thanks to Andrea and his team, who made this possible, as I had arrived earlier and had to get there. The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, and all the possible amenities that I could have needed were there. The place was quiet at night, and I slept well. I still don't want to say it was 100% perfect, but personally it was a very nice experience.
Nothing in particular, but I like to be a little bit picky cause there is always room for improvement. I wish there were a shelf in the bathroom for the clean towels, and the wifi connection was unstable for most of my time there. Even the Vodafone network wasn't stable there. However, I came to Rome not to stay in the room, so it was not a priority for me.
