B&B L'Esquilina

lovely property, clean facilities, and well located. great communication and hospitality from andrea. a beautiful spot to come back to after a busy day - could not recommend enough!!

The location was fabulous and the host was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and he was very amenable

Proximity to the city center, termini station, very safe location , the apartment was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for the breakfast - eggs, juice, coffee, bread and etc, which tasted just fine. Andrea, the host, was very responsive and helpful. A big advantage that he allowed to leave the luggage in a safe place after check out.

It was a bit noisy cause the street was right below.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The location is fantastic—just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and less than 10 minutes from Termini Station. The area felt safe, and everything we needed was within a 5-minute walk, including lovely cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket. The apartment has a laundry machine and luggage storage which was very convenient. Andrea and his girlfriend were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided us with all the information we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning. ☕️ Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome! Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!
