Location, the possibility of parking, simple accommodations and breakfast were all on my mind when I reserved this location. It is quite central and simple to access. The breakfast place was really cool. I did like the key system, as we didn't have to carry the keys around all day. Communication with the proprietor was pretty efficient and clear.
The entrance light needs to stay on longer, we kept trying to find the keys and the lock in the dark. The room was a bit tight and the water in the shower accumulates.

It was a spacious room with a spacious bathroom. Beds were super comfy. Small kitchen, good size fridge, cool room during hot summer days.
We couldn’t work out the TV but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Great location not far from the Colosseum and Main Train and metro stations. Sergio was very welcoming and helpful and in constant communication when required. We used the private car parking facility offered which was literally around the corner which was in a secure courtyard and gave us peace of mind. Room was perfect for our short stay.
Room was lacking storage space for suitcases as slightly tight.
