Location was brilliant, the room was larger than expected based on many European hotel rooms in my experience. It also had modern bathroom amenities and a few steps out our door of room 3 to a terrace where you can comfortably sit outside. Bed was also fantastic. Good aircon and great communication from the staff. Much appreciated

It was nice and clean and decent size room, very close to the Rome train station and busses
The mattress wasn’t comfortable a hump i the middle of it, needs replacing

It is in a convenient location if you’re taking the train.
It is not actually a hotel as such, it’s a single floor in a big building with a few rooms. Getting inside was a pain and everything was pretty old, though it was clean enough. A trolley runs right outside the window, which the hotel acknowledged once we arrived and provided ear plugs, but was obviously not part of their advertising. I never interacted with any staff except via WhatsApp. The communal terrace is ok, but nothing that nice.
