This is a stunning accommodation. Very well kept, sheets, pillow, furnishings etc top class. Beautiful terrace to sit out on & very close to the train station but also a world apart. However, it was the kindness & care we received from the lovely Ylenia that made our stay so special. What a wonderful representative of the business. She permitted us to drop our bags early & leave them there on our last day whilst we attended an exhibition. She sorted a phone charger for us when we omitted to pack ours.

Room and bed were comfortable, and location was a quick and convenient walk to/from Termini. I loved the courtyard which was a nice little oasis from thre bustle of the streets.
Some street noise and occasional whiff of "city" smells in the room. While the block the hotel was located on felt safe, many of the blocks nearby did not, and I did not want to stay out too late because of it.

It is in a convenient location if you’re taking the train.
It is not actually a hotel as such, it’s a single floor in a big building with a few rooms. Getting inside was a pain and everything was pretty old, though it was clean enough. A trolley runs right outside the window, which the hotel acknowledged once we arrived and provided ear plugs, but was obviously not part of their advertising. I never interacted with any staff except via WhatsApp. The communal terrace is ok, but nothing that nice.
