"The staff were excellent, and kind. They even let us stay a little past checkout while we waited for our train (there was a pretty severe heat wave at the time)."

I liked the location, I had a morning flight and needed somewhere close to the train station to head to the airport
Not having a 24 hour front desk

Great location, 5 minute walk to Termini Station. Beautiful terrace. What a welcome place to relax after a busy day walking around Rome. Check in was very easy.
I don’t know if it comes with breakfast. We had a very early train and left before. 6.

It is in a convenient location if you’re taking the train.
It is not actually a hotel as such, it’s a single floor in a big building with a few rooms. Getting inside was a pain and everything was pretty old, though it was clean enough. A trolley runs right outside the window, which the hotel acknowledged once we arrived and provided ear plugs, but was obviously not part of their advertising. I never interacted with any staff except via WhatsApp. The communal terrace is ok, but nothing that nice.
