Erg dichtbij termini station maar toch niet gelijk in de ergste drukte als je de deur uitstapt, kamer was ruim en schoon en er is een koelkastje aanwezig wat wel echt heel handig is , heel veel restaurants en supermarkten in de buurt , eigenaar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam hij heeft ons meerdere keren geholpen en reageerde heel snel op whatsapp als we een vraag hadden , de kamers liggen rondom een gemeenschappelijke keuken met een magnetron , je kan er niet koken maar dat hadden wij ook niet nodig aangezien we niet koken op vakantie dus voor ons was het geen probleem, er rijdt een tram door de straat maar wij hebben daar geen last van gehad en er lagen oordopjes klaar voor ons voor het geval we ze nodig hadden , belangrijk detail is ook dat er een lift aanwezig is, we hebben 6 nachten in dit hotel geslapen en we hebben genoten

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived at the accommodation and were given all the information we required. The facilities in the room are to a very high standard and the bed is very comfortable. You will read that the trams pass the building, however, once the double glazing window is closed there is little or no noise, we slept well and chose to leave the window open on our last night and slept just as well. The location of this accommodation is absolutely excellent in terms of its proximity to the train station - less than a 5 minute walk away. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby. We would certainly recommend staying here and will rebook the next time we are in Rome.

Nothing - a perfect stay

The room was great, large and roomy for our family of 3. Everything worked fine and we liked the big windows that we could open for fresh air!

All was good, nothing we didnt like about the property.

Mattresses and pillows

Outside noise! You’ll get a real noisy electric tram every 5 minutes until 00:30 am and it will start again at 05:30am. Even with earplugs it’s nearly impossible to fall asleep, unless you’re totally tired or wasted. And even so, when the tram pass by, the all building will shake, like if you’re experiencing an earthquake. The bathroom also has a bad smell coming y from the sewers.
