Super friendly and helpful staff, they also make up the rooms every day and change towels upon request with no extra charges. The location is good: even if it is close to the train station the room is very quiet and neighborhood is safe and ok. The triple room is big, bigger than the average in Rome for the same price. It is well furnished: There is a small fridge, mirrors, a wardrobe and also a kettle.
Just a couple of small downsides: there are only few sockets and there is no window in the bathroom

The location was perfect!
It smelled strange when we arrived(probably they washed the floor earlier but it was still wet and the window was closed)

Responsive and helpful staff. Clean bathroom
The apartment is located 5 minutes of walk from the Termini station right next to the church of Santa Maria Maggiore.
Our mattress was overused, we could feel that many people already slept there before. Also, the apartment didn't always smell nice due to the old walls.
