Super friendly and helpful staff, they also make up the rooms every day and change towels upon request with no extra charges. The location is good: even if it is close to the train station the room is very quiet and neighborhood is safe and ok. The triple room is big, bigger than the average in Rome for the same price. It is well furnished: There is a small fridge, mirrors, a wardrobe and also a kettle.
Just a couple of small downsides: there are only few sockets and there is no window in the bathroom

The location was perfect!
It smelled strange when we arrived(probably they washed the floor earlier but it was still wet and the window was closed)

The property is conveniently located close to Roma Termini Station, making it easy to get around the city. It also has a lift, which was very helpful when carrying luggage. The room looked exactly as shown in the photos, which I appreciated.
However, apart from the convenient location and the room matching the pictures, there was nothing else that stood out positively about the stay.
We did not have hot water in the shower for 3 out of our 4-day stay. Each time we reported the issue, the staff gave us different explanations, but the problem was never resolved during our stay. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
