La habitación es nueva, pero es pequeña para 4 personas. Creo que es recomendable para 3 personas.
No tiene Elevador. La habitación un poco pequeña para familia de 4 o 5 personas. El aire acondicionado pega directamente en la cabeza.

The location is great, 3 min walk from Termini central station. The property had an entrance door that was closed at night so you feel safe (you get a key for the door). The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. A cleaning lady cleaned every day our room so it was nice and tidy. Renovated rooms with AC, storage and space. Very quiet considering you are in a central location. There is storage Luggage that you can use after check out, Very helpful.
There were stairs so if you come with many suitcases might be a bit difficult- no elevator. There was hot water in the shower all the time but the pressure was kinda low.

Instalações novas (fomos os primeiros a utilizá-las). Os funcionários super atenciosos, simpáticos e dispostos a resolver problemas. A localização é ótima. Um problema no box de banho foi prontamente providenciado.
Não se trata de crítica, mas de sugestão apenas: o box de banho ficaria melhor colocando uma porta de vidro blindex com dobradiça. O sistema atual com apenas uma proteção de vidro na lateral não impede que a água espirre para fora, molhando o piso externo.
