The closeness to the city and main transportation hubs, including the hop on hop off bus. The affordability of the room and available facilities.
Sadly it is right next to the trolley. Which can affect light sleepers to a degree. However after walking all day and exploring, sleep came easy to us regardless.

The room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning worked properly. We stayed in the orange room, which was very quiet. The apartment is conveniently located close to Termini Station. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient.
As a suggestion for improvement, the mattress was quite firm, but we had a good sleep tho’.

The location was great. Very clean and comfortable.
The size of the bathroom. And the shower head wouldn't stay up.
The doors were very noisy.
